Which pads to buy for bleeding after birth?

Hi everyone! I’m debating on what is the best pads to wear, is comfort more important or is absorbency more important to manage after birth bleeding? Thanks in advance! :)

I used tesco and boots with dd,

This time I've been picking a pack up from which ever super market I go to to stock up.

I never thought about inconvenience pads but they are wider so I imagine they would be good the first few days after

Thanks everyone! Just wondering if any of you poured witch hazel, aloe or lavender oil on the pads and freezing it. I've been seeing these DIY solutions online and wondering if it's safe and effective to do so?😃
