Cant explain.. not sure whats going on really, just feel like things are starting. (or do you think I could be hoping to much!!)

My fanjo feels like it is about to explode, my lower back is going on and off in spasms, and quite strong irregular tightenings. I know this vcould go on ofr a few days yet.. but body wise I feel different!! does this make sense.
I have put my babysitter on alert just incase we need her in the middle of the night.

(probably will still be here past due date.. on SUnday then will feel embarressed.. )

No show or anything yet.. just uncomfortable and enough to pain in back and tummy to make me wince.....

Well, I am jealous. Went back to bed last night and they wore off. Got up again at six with dd. Have had them on and off all day but not really painful.

Bought a nice large pineapple today and eaten half, so will see if that works. I wonder now if some people will never go into labour on their own steam or will always need induction. I might br one of those !!

lulalullabye · 18/07/2007 16:50

P.s congrats 2+1 and fingers crossed for tutter.

lulumama · 18/07/2007 16:50

noooooooO!! don't think that ! your body knows what it is doing.. some women just need to be pregnant longer than others....think positive, birthy thoughts

Many Congratulations twoplusone

Oh am trying. Have two independant midwives who won't let me be induced i'm sure. And, was induced last time so really don't want the same.

I am 41+2 now and the pool is waiting at home so I really do want to use it.

The antenatal clinic rang yesterday to try and get me to go for an induction appt, even though I haven't seen them at all. They got a bit snotty when they asked me if I wanted an appt for 14 days and I refused, explaining that the midwives know what they are doing !!

lulumama · 18/07/2007 16:58
