Feel like things are starting!!!!!!! probably false alarm time will tell....

Cant explain.. not sure whats going on really, just feel like things are starting. (or do you think I could be hoping to much!!)

My fanjo feels like it is about to explode, my lower back is going on and off in spasms, and quite strong irregular tightenings. I know this vcould go on ofr a few days yet.. but body wise I feel different!! does this make sense.
I have put my babysitter on alert just incase we need her in the middle of the night.

(probably will still be here past due date.. on SUnday then will feel embarressed.. )

No show or anything yet.. just uncomfortable and enough to pain in back and tummy to make me wince.....

Had a few tightenings enough to take my breath away, but nothing to get me too excited just yet.. and every so often as walking feel a bulging sensation in my fanjo..
I know things are happening so it is just the waiting game now.. will it be today or a week!!! this is the question now..

Just sorted out reserve babysiters so when the time comes we are all actions go.

Morning all.

Just got back from the the hospital,CTG was fine and so was scan. and they gave me a sweep this morning..
Hopefully will get things going properly..

She said she got a good feel of babies head.. and she could feel the plug coming away she said it was making its way down!!

With ds I had a sweep and he wasnt even in the canal and was in labour within 24hrs..

SO fingers crossed.. will keep you all posted.. hopefully this will turn out to be a live labour thread by the end of today!!!
If not back at the hospital on Thursday

Just read my notes and cervix is soft and shortened.. (Hope that means what I think it does... )

Just been to loo and when wiped I had thick white mucus (not discharge) could this be the plug or some of or does it all have a tinge of blood in it.

Going to go and sit infront of a fan.. it is 35degrees here today apparantly!!..

My plug was clear, sounds like it is.

Have your contractions kicked up a notch, i am always sick in labour.

Twoplusone, it IS beginning! Relax and go with the flow, don't stress as this will inhibit kabour.

Your body does know what to do and is doing it very well, so chill, do your pelvic tilts, go about your normal daily activities!

been sitting next door all afternoon, whilst ds played with his friend in the paddling pool. Nuice chilling out n the shade.. came home and have had a couple of hours sleep. Justgoing to go for a walk to the shop with dd.
When I get back plan on bouncing on my ball, some nipple stim and telly.

No contractions yet.. will post later and update..

By the way- my show only had a few bits of blood in and LOTS of clear/ White mucus stuff (sorry if TMI but feel way beyond that now!!)
