first question: what does SROM mean? (in context of show)

and i reckon the little o in front of SROM means NO SROM as in zero, i sometimes used to write that
makes sense and then you reported ? later on

depends how deep the episiotomy
if deep would be better to be stitched at muscle level as well as at surface
prob vicryl as well as suture material

more common 1 layer repair, but probably more experienced repairer if had 3 layer repair
