Poo on clothes what disinfectant?

Hi just wondering when your babies poo on their clothes do you put it in the wash straight away I basically wanted to know what you can use to soak them in?

I just use vanish or equivalent like I do with all my low temp washes that have underwear in. Low temp washes with just detergent don't kill bacteria.

The alternative is to do a wash at 60 degrees or higher.
