Oh a shower is nice! They let me off the drip for 15 minutes during my labor, and it was heaven. Especially if you have a shower head that changes to a massage setting.

now girls whos hoping she had a sweep and dilated right there at the midwives and is now holding her baby?!?! or is that wishful thinking?!?!

I don't know where she is but she should have been back by now.

She has gone for a sweep.

The suspense is killing me.

I know she went for a sweep, but last night she said she should be back by noon. She's 3 hours late. I bet she went off and had her baby, and didn't say anything to us about it.
Typical, she keeps us in suspense for weeks, and when it happens we get left out of the loop.

phoned mothercare 4 days for delivery

Having baby in hospital
In hospital for raised BP & swelling
Gone shopping again
Completely pi$$ed off and having some time out for herself

Debsy, I don't know how to help you, we don't use TENS machines for labor here.

lulu, I think they took NJ to the hospital. She probably begged them to take the baby out. Or maybe they're running more tests for her swelling. I hate not knowing.

Here we are on a thread that is asking if NJ is in labor, and we don't even know.

am thinking the same thing MKG...the swelling did sound concerning.........or she had the sweep and waters broke or something.....oh, i do hope so, she so needs to have this baby, bless her, she has had weeks of this

I just want to know what's going on. Watch her come back later and say, "I'm sorry I went out" and here we are worried about her.

I don't even know her, but am very excited and a little worried.

I mean how hard is it to pop in real quick to say, "I'm going to the hospital for an induction".

I hope she has her baby, and I can't wait for the name.
