Am 16 weeks pg and although no reason for any problems, I like to be prepared, my mw warned me about bleeding something to do with low lying placenta and I'm resus neg. Obviously we don't have GP there anymore.

Anyhow - Merenoel - just remember to take your notes with you as you go globe trotting - everything a MW needs to know is in them - I was in a minor car crash about 16 weeks (maybe that's why baby is reluctant to come out!) and I got told off for turning up at casualty without them.

Otherwise - you should be fine. Blimey - 16 weeks pregnant - seems like an age ago ....

yes...got to A&E - make sure you have your notes and travel insurance..although you won't be turned away from a&e, might as well be prepared...

low lying placentas often move by the 3rd trimester...

bleeding can be an issue if Rhesus neg...

sure you will be just fine!
