Anyone know what's normal?

About 8 days for me. I had a a vaginal birth and i breastfeed. My skin doesn't feel the same as it did but I comfortably fielt in all my pre pregnancy clothes now. Little one is 12 days old Smile

A couple of weeks with both but don't wear them as it's too stinking hot here for jeans.

Have to hold my tummy in far more now than with the first one though, should probably do some sit ups but every time I lay down to do them, I fall asleep.

Awww, congratulations South - squishy new baby.

My squishy new baby is now 18 weeks and wakes me up by farting audibly and chuckling to himself. The little joys Grin

2wks, c-section, breastfed. Then when down to an 8, now back to 8-10. Everyone is different, didn't weigh myself, not counting on being so lucky next time!!

Expecting DC one.

Just took all my pre-pregnancy jeans bar a baggy pair of round-the-house things down to the local RSPCA charity shop. My DMum asked what I'd like as a treat a few weeks after when I'm 'up to it' ... some New Look jeans that fit, but that I won't feel disappointed if/when I lose the weight after a few months.
I favour quite high waist 'retro' jeans which weight aside can apparently not fit purely if your ribs/pelvis have changed post partum (according to some friends) so I'd rather not try and be disappointed IYSWIM.

Now, some of my vintage dresses... it's gonna be salads and spanx so I can get into them by next summer. Grin

I wore them to leave hospital!

Schmoochypoos · 25/07/2014 19:52

It took 10months. I breast fed for 7m

Schmoochypoos · 25/07/2014 19:54

...and I found it really hard to lose weight whilst doing so. As soon as I stopped my appetite seemed to get smaller and the last stone has sort of come off without me really trying. Up to 7months I was in my topshop maternity jeans!
