And would like to keep me company? Am 40+2 with no3 and whilst was happy for bubba not to come early, id really rather have liked her to come by now! Very grateful to be feeling well and sleeping well but impatient to meet her and could have introduced her to a lot of lovely people this weekend had she have come by now!!!

Tonks My labour with DC1 Started with period pain and then very slight leakage of pink tinged waters. Tightening followed a few hours later. HTH

Thanks! The pain is now just in my right hand side. Hasn't really got any more painful so I don't think it is anything

I stupidly had a bath to help with pain and get the kids bedtimes. slowed it all down tho still getting Ctx not as intense or frequent. fuckity fuck.

No sweep, she said she doesn't think it'll do much as it didnt before with my others but will do one next week. She said the baby's that low she heart the heartbeat that low down where it's meant to be in delivery lol

40+1 here and midwife tried to do a sweep today. She couldn't reach the membranes which was a bit disappointing considering this is no. 2 for me. Thought my body would be a bit more favourable this time

I have had some pinky discharge since so maybe she managed to have a bit of a rummage up there!

I've had a few braxton hicks today and even more show, no pain though. Don't think I've ever wished so much to be in pain!

Not sure if I had a show last night, wasn't mucous like at all but tissue was pink when I wiped...

Hoping I get some sleep tonight as only had 2-3hours per night for the last few days and have been a hormonal wreck today and am totally knackered!

Fingers crossed Nature. I'm still having a small show since my sweep yesterday but I don't think it's enough, just the after effects of the sweep. Oh well, another day down!

Hi all, can I join those of you waiting? 39+4, with a bump measuring over 43 weeks midwife tried to do a sweep today but couldn't even reach my cervix and has told me to not expect anything for a while,

40+6 here and booked for induction on Friday. I'm hoping for a vbac so hoping to avoid induction. I had a second sweep on Monday and have had a fair bit of spotting ever since and have just had a massive show (sorry for TMI but I had to have a bath to clear it out!). I'm really hoping that this is going to be it but the BH that I've been having fairly regularly for three weeks seem to have all but disappeared.

Baby cuddles here too! 3 hour from closed cervix and gel applied to baby in my arms :) labour was fast and soooo much better than my emcs that couldn't be happier. Good luck for anyone waiting, and induction is not all bad! !

Oh... and only 7lb so late does not equal big either!

Hoping this is it for you Nature! I've been having cramps all day and braxton hicks but they don't seem to be picking up starting to get frustrated! Might go for a walk after tea to see if they pick up a bit

Baby cuddles for me last night. Olivia entered the world at 1.28 with 20mins of pushing after I dilated 5cms in an hour! Weighed 9lbs 1/2 oz. Spent night in scbu unfortunately but should be out today
