3 hours ago nickel was 8cm, her waters had just gone and she was entering transition, at 2 hours a cm she could still be at home and close to the end now.

ASuitable Pushing for 2hrs doesn't bear thinking about. I was in labour for days and days with my 4, but pushed them out in minutes. Those pushing minutes were a million times worse than the days of labour pains though (comparable to red hot pokers being stuck through my insides and twisted in all directions)!
