congratulations! i hope you are both asleep

i have a thing called a sitz bath which i am using to soak my aching stitches in hot water and tea tree oil a couple of times a day - i find this helps.

take it really easy, that sounds like it was pretty hard and tiring, and having your first child is a pretty overwhelming thing anyway. take whatever drugs are on offer, sleep as much as you can, hang out with your tiny girl

I transfered in after DD1 for blood loss and stitching. Not me favourite part of the birth, but still really glad DD was born in peace and calm at home. Hoping you get back home again soon :)
