I also decided that i had to have music, then couldn't find the record I wanted (Beautiful South - Choke - panicked Friend 1 because I was going "i need choke, I need choke!" and she thought I was choking! )
then I put it on the record player, which was set to 45, and this record palyer, you have to lift the plate up to change the speed, and I thought i couldn't work out how to change it (DH's player, he normally does it cos I don't want tobreak it) that set me panicking agian, but i worked it out in the end.

Seems the smallest things are panicking me now!

All sounding good, with DD I had contractions every two minutes from 11pm until I went into hospital at 10am the following morning at 3cm. The midwife I spoke to in the night said that things are really hotting up when you cannot speak at all through the contractions.

I predict a girl, 8lb 6oz and 4.22pm.

I am glad you have some friends with you now, get them to post updates when the contractions get too strong.

I'm back from church, missed the coffee and social so as to be back here for the action - of which there is lots it seems. Glad your DH is also there with you nickel, he would have so regretted missing out if you had delivered while he was taking the soloist home.

I will have to change my previous bet which was a week last Thursday I believe so will say:

Today at 2.25pm (same as my DD who was also a Sundays child)
