Come on babynickel!!

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:07

oh, the yell from downstairs has reminded me that the reason i'm here right now is because DH is watching the football.
this wouldn't be so bad, but he banned me from playing well-known christmas carols in minor keys (new trick i've learned - it's fun and sounds very silly Grin) because he couldn't hear the commentary. Hmm

I've just thought, if ISBN's much later will he or she have pay a fine? Like a library book?

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:09

it'll be grounded for most of its childhood.

What time would you need me>

Sparklingbaubles · 06/12/2011 20:10

If ISBN is much later he/she will need a school uniform ready. Grin

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:11

it starts at half 2, so quarter past would be ideal (i'll have to close the shop for an hour otherwise)

Bugger. I wouldn't be back in time to get ds1 from school at 3.20pm. I am really sorry. Anyway, baby is coming tonight so you will be too busy to sing!

pooka · 06/12/2011 20:15

Nipple stimulation. I tell you. Do it. If you're not shagging you should be nipple tweaking. Self love can work.

Plunger? Grin

youtalkintome · 06/12/2011 20:21

pooka I twiddled until my flipping fingers nearly fell off last night a good hour at least, do I see a baby?

youtalkintome · 06/12/2011 20:21

Was a good way to pass an hour though Grin

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:22

ah, well, never mind.
It'll only be an hour.

I haven't been listening, Maryz - i believe the same as you, that the baby will come when it's ready and all these old wives's tales methods won't do anything (and that's following NICE guidelines, too)

already thought of the plunger clur Grin

Grin i had a go with my flannel when i was washing this morning. all it did was make my nipples cold when i'd finished.

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:24

I keep telling people I'm giving birth to a toddler. Its the only way I can cope with the "still here then" comments!!!

My back ache which I was sure was early labour has gone. Oops. AND I had my "bloody show" over a week ago now which is supposed to be an "imminent sign".

I really need this baby to come out before Thursday morning. Coooeeeee baby!!

NIght all.... probably see you in the wee hours Nickel! ;)

TheOriginalFAB · 06/12/2011 20:26

If I can help any morning then shout.

youtalkintome · 06/12/2011 20:27

You twiddled with a flannelConfused Grin, I think you need to actually touch them or better yet bf somebody.

nickelbabe · 06/12/2011 20:28

i know, but it hurts when i touch them with my fingers.

I suspect that an hour as a one off might not do the trick. But glad you enjoyed yourself. Grin
