Report or not?

Help me out please?

I just found out my daughter’s dad has been driving around with NO license, no tax, no insurance, or anything!!! I’ve been in the car with him plenty of times and didn’t even know, he didn’t tell me either, and our daughter has been with us whilst he’s been driving around!! I’m so pissed off that he never told me, a very close friend of mine has told me to report him to the police, but I don’t have it in my heart to call the police on him even though we no longer get on , he’s an absolute C*nt! But what do I do? He’s blocked me on all social media, and my mobile number… so I can’t even talk to him. Should I report him? Or not?? Help me out please

Is it defo true? If you have his reggy number you can look it’s tax and mot status online. If it’s not got any I’d report.

Unfortunately yes it is true, and I did look up to see if the car was insured and in big red letters it came up saying “NOT INSURED” and untaxed. X

I’m sorry but I think you should report it. Imagine if he’s in an accident and someone is injured.

Not having insurance, tax, MOT - you can’t even guarantee that the car is roadworthy, and that’s before we get to the no licence part.

You should be able to use the Police’s online systems - our force has a ‘Live Chat’ facility on their website & while they know your name, you can ask to be anonymous in the formal paperwork. The 101 line is also for non-emergencies and again you can ask to be anonymous

No, I totally get you. I should have worded it way better, I was scared incase he found out it was me reporting him.

I was scared incase he knew it was.

I am doing an online report now.

Not any time soon, he was acting up last weekend and I told him if he disrespected me like he did again I would block him, and he blocked me on all social medias, and my mobile number.

Hi this is why I suggested the live chat on the relevant force website. It’s usually on the front under ways to report. That or call 101
