Also and this is a big problem, I am not sure what colours to get. Am leaning towards 2 x kelp and 2 x chilli. Oh decisions decisions.

The chilli is a fab colour. DH has a slim airic in chilli. Makes my sludge green thermarest look dull. Our pipe dream sleeping bags are black & chilli red ( also Alpkit).

Suspect boy will have a wee airic eventually, for now he has a cut down karrimat. Just ordered him a real sleeping bag , Vaude dreamer 170. RED.

I recently bought a regular airic in lime after seeing the posts here, I would have liked a fat airic but can't wait til June either, I'm going camping later this month.

I haven't slept on it yet, but have tested it in the front room and it is very comfy! I'm excited about camping now, was dreading another two weeks of the freezing deflating airbed, but no more! The airic is SO WARM, you lie on it and within seconds the bits of you against it are toasty, brilliant.

@ all the talk of colours on this thread, does it really matter what colour they are?

we got lime fat airics last summer

I can't speak highly enough about them... we use them often. They are so easy to throw in the car for overnight stays too.

Lots of drunken friends have slept on our floor on them .

oooo! I want my Fat Airic....! this thread keeps popping up and it just makes me very impatient as i want to see how good they are for myself!!!!!
