no we have never been near a mamouth
were near an intermarche this year and an erc
the erc was rammed

where we are staying has freshwater eels to catch 1k away...lol

We like E LeClerc though a friend who lived in France said that it was the French equivalent of Asda (and we are Waitrose shoppers). We always stock up on Poulain drinking chocolate (apart from booze).

we went to l'eclerc but they have geant too in south of france and its great. Dont know if they are countrywide or just on south coast saint tropez area.
