I have to say, the Cobb is a very cool piece of kit, and I love it for that, but I don't use it as much as I would have hoped. I think if I practiced some more then I would use it more, but have had a few false starts getting it going and you do really need to start thinking well in advance of using it. I don't bake at home so probably not going to start while camping. That said, it does do a deliciously moist roast and if I practiced a bit more, I bet I would quickly get the hang of it. You do need to learn to cook on it though I find.
Which Cadac is it that people get? The Safari Chef?
