103lb lost in total!
18st 5lb to 11st!
Size 24 to 12!
BMI 42.8 to 25.6!
No more blood pressure medication required and no longer pre diabetic.
Still officially classed as overweight but I am happy with how I feel and look right now.

Well done. How did you keep going so long? I’m struggling being effing starving from being so long in a deficit, and not even a big one.

@orangegato Jan to Oct I used Saxenda alongside calorie counting which really helped. Since October it has just been an absolute determination to be healthy, fit and strong as I get older that has kept me going - I'm 52 my weight was affecting my mobility which worried me.

As someone with a similar amount to lose, do you have any tips, especially about skin. I am very worried about what my arms, thighs and belly will look like without all the fat.
