Does anyone want to start a thread for those trying to shift the final few lbs? I was 13stone 7lb down to 9st 12lb and would like to be sitting at 9st exactly (will then be right in the middle of my bmi). Its do hard to shift those final lbs!

I’m with you OP. I was also 13st 7. Now weighing in at 9st 7. I now feel constantly hungry. Much more hungry than I felt at 13stone. We can do this!👌

So hungry. I think about food all the time. If I'm not eating it when I'm going to eat it. Why are those last lbs so stubborn!? What's your goal?

I've been 9st 9lb-12 for nearly a year now - can I blame lockdown? Glad I havent gained but was losing .5-1lb a week consistently before.

Are you calorie counting?

My goal is 9st. I’m not really counting calories. I’m just trying to eat more healthy. I’ve done great so far but this last stone is a killer! I seem to lose 2 lbs one week then gain 2lbs the next... I feel really hungry constantly

You have done great Smile Exactly the same here, I'll lose some just to gain it again. I wasnt really counting either but gave started again. It's a real pain weighing and counting but it made me realise I wasnt eating as little as I thought!

So I have 11 (weighted this morning) lbs to go and you have 7. We got this!

I couldn’t get to sleep last night because I was so hungry, probably because I skipped lunch yesterday. Not through choice but because I was very busy and by the time I stopped it was only an hour away from dinner so I didn’t bother with lunch.

Anyway I remembered I had a chocolate orange in my wardrobe, left from Christmas, so I decided to have 2 slices. That two slices ended up with me eating the whole choc orange 😏

So I feel disgusted with myself this morning. A new day a new start ....and all that.

I had a small bowl of porridge and berries for breakfast. I’m making veg soup for lunch and chicken in orange sauce with half a cup of rice and lots of veg for dinner.

What about you? What’s your plan for food today? Let’s support each other 😊

I would like to be 9st 7lbs and I'm currently about 10st 4lbs. It's two steps forwards and three steps back quite often here. I am trying to get my appetite back under control after over-indulging over the last couple of days.

Can I join in? I started at 12st 10 and now 10 st exactly. Target is 9st 8 so six pounds to go. That'll give me a BMI of 26 but I'm short, middle-aged and fairly muscular so I think it's a reasonably healthy weight for me.

Can I join in too? Currently 9.6 really want to get to 9 so 6 pounds to go, the same 6 pounds I have been fighting with for a year now. I am low on keeping my motivation going but hopefully this group will give me the kick I need. So today I have logged all my food 1200 calories and done a kettlebell online class. I will keep checking in here for support and accountibility.

I'd like to join too! Currently 9st 8.5 down from 10st 3.

I'd like to be 9st 3, or in a fantasy world, 9st even. I struggle to maintain 9stone though, which is weird, because it's a totally healthy bmi for me!

I'm a 12 now at 10st and I fully expect to be a slightly trimmer 12 at 9.6. I'm 5ft 1.

I'm doing calorie counting with MFP and I've had 1167 calories today, and had Jillian Michaels yelling at me for 35 minutes.

I'm a 10, occasionally an 8. I lift a lot though so I'm pretty muscular.

I’m 5ft 6ins. I weigh 9st 7lb. I am in desperate need of some new clothes that actually fit lol. I’ve spent the past 6 months or so in leggings and oversized T-shirt’s. My leggings are way too big now and keep falling down 😃 All my summer clothes are size 18. I was size 18 last year and bought new clothes to go on holiday which, of course, was cancelled.

Anyway I went to Tesco today for groceries and they are now allowed to sell non essentials so the clothes section was open. I picked up a pair of cropped jeans in size 14 to try on at home so I’d have an idea of what size I am now. The 14 fit and I’m delighted about that. I would have preferred to be a size 12 though 🥴

I’ve lost my boobs and bum and my legs and arms are now really skinny. I can’t seem to get rid of my tummy fat though 😕 I can’t wait for the pools to open to go swimming.

Completely agree re the pools @PennyArcade! It's a form of exercise I actually enjoy and I've really missed it. I'm in Wales so it'll be mid-May at the earliest.

Hope getting into the 14 comfortably helps with your motivation! It's such a good feeling. I was an 18 (20 waist....Sad) last August and haven't been a 12 since my 20s (I'm 52 now).

Morning! (I'm in the US) Just back from a grueling weights session with my trainer. Treating myself to some scrambled eggs on toast and some leftover smoked salmon from our easter breakfast + a skim cappuccino.

I am RAVENOUS.

That sounds like a lovely breakfast. I'm trying to increase my fibre intake so bought some of the high fibre Special K. As with most of their products IMHO there was nothing special about it. Very low cal though so will stick with it over these (hopefully) final weeks.

Weighed in this morning and lost half a pound, so at least my weight begins with the magical 9 for the first time in 25 years!

Day two, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs for breakfast, weights class done.
Have logged the rest of my food for the day (1200 calories ).
Hoping I will stick to it,going on past record if I can keep going and pass the two weeks mark, see the progress on the scales I'll keep going..wish I could sleep through for those two weeks 😂

I made some oat waffles for breakfast and had two with blueberries, raspberries and fat free Greek yogurt. For lunch I had the rest of the veg soup I made yesterday. For dinner I’m going to have salad. It’s my weigh day tomorrow and I know I’ve gained this week 😖 Walked the dog and clocked up 8,000 steps - in a desperate attempt to minimise the gain tomorrow.

Scrambled egg and smoked salmon for breakfast sounds yummy! That’s now on my list for later in the week. Thank you 😊

Think I'm reasonably happy with today. 1250 calories including a small glass of wine this eve, justified against a (frankly, half-assed) kettlebell workout DVD this eve.

Just arranged to have a lunchtime run with a friend tomorrow (god it's cold though!) which is always a decent calorie burn.

2lb weight gain for me this week, so 9st 9lbs now. It isn’t a surprise - I have scoffed too much this past week as I’m hungrier now than I’ve ever been. Ah well today’s a new day. I’ve pulled my big girls pants up, been on a 10,000 step walk (5km) earlier and I’ve arranged to try a walking/running app with a friend on Saturday. I’m no runner but something needs to be done until the pool opens.

How is everyone else doing?

Well yesterday turned stressful with a huge family drama, so while lunch was a big bowl of veggie pho, dinner ended up being two glasses of Rose and a bag of mushroom chips -_-.

Struggled through a barre class this morning, then polished off the smoked salmon on a piece of toast. Baked chicken for lunch today, I think.
