So I'm using my fitness pal and it has allocated 1460 calories per day

I am 5ft 7in and currently weigh 17 st 6lbs

For the last week I have just gone up and down between 17 5 and 17 7

Am I eating too much?

Wow! I'm guessing 2400 calories of Mars Bars isn't what they mean?
What the catch?

Anyone will lose weight on 1200 unless bedbound. It's really tough, but it's just a scientific fact that you'll have a calorie deficit with reasonable moving around!

Hi OP, I am 5ft 7 and was 17st 7lbs and got to 12st 5lbs eating about 1,300-1,400 calories a day

@RizzleRazzle - how long did it take you and any saggy skin?
I'm trying similar. Thanks!

It took me 2 years in total although a lot of people I was buddied up with did it in a year, it only took me longer as I had an operation that led to me stopping the calorie counting and putting weight back on which I then had to re-lose.

I had fair amount of loose skin at the bottom of my stomach but nowhere else.

34 weeks pregnant now so think the amount of loose skin will be much worse soon!
