Just been using mfp for six weeks and I'm ten pounds down already. They said 1200 cal but I'm adding on an extra 200 each day as I still bf at night. Exercise aerobics three times a week for the last year and nothing was budging. Stopped all sugar. ..nothing budged. But calorie counting has worked.
