Oops - it's horrible when your child is bullied. I know because we had 3 years of it. The fact that a schoool has an anti-bullying policy is worth nothing if the school themselves do not apply it. The other problem can also be that not all the staff interpret the policy in the same way.
I found the Kidscape website very helpful in working out how to handle our situation and a couple of times a chat to someone on their free helpline also saved my sanity when it really got to me.
