Not debating formula v's breast just would have thought that 900g of formula for 69p would not be allowed.

I don't think Tiktok is being (is ever) snide. What she writes always strikes me as balanced and extremely informed. Which she is, of course. Not sure that it's entirely valid to tell someone that they're a 'know-it-all' merely because they reflect their comprehensive training and research!

Personally, I would contact Trading Standards. The few times I have had to call them, they have acted and done something.
