btw MD - you've missed a thread on MacDonalds too!! Bleurgh!

moondog · 02/05/2005 13:13

No gdg. I shouldn't think that he is getting more than about 5 oz of milk a day.
But....he has porridge made with whole cows' milk every day,as well as at least one huge bowl of plain yoghurt (Turkish yoghurt is fantastic). Apart from that, it's just regular food and water. He's a big pink smiley giggly thing so I figure it's plenty!!

lol again gdg re Macdonalds!! I rather think I should stop spouting off before I'm banned!!
(No MD in this part of Turkey I'm delighted to add.)

A few MaccyD's here but not frequented by us - disgusting stuff.

True - mine have most of their milk on cereal and they eat load of yoghurt and cheese and ds3 is really into rice pudding!

Moondog - all three of mine have fed their dolls (including DS who is still feeding at 27 mths)! I haven't instigated it either it is just what they know.

That's so sweet yoyo!

I love Greek yoghurt and give it to my kids with just a bit of sugar mixed in. Don't buy kids yoghurts any more. Didn't give dd any dairy till a year though as ds had an allergy on his legs, don't know for sure if it was milk related but decided to hold off with her and her skin has been fine. I guess another reason why I've avoided milk/dairy for longer although they both have it now.

yoyo - do you mean breastfed their dolls? My ds has done this with his toys, I've got a good photo of him breastfeeding his teddy.

Mud, surely Sainsbury's is shut now

bobbybob · 03/05/2005 01:34

My ds was about 13 months old and at playgroup when he picked up and doll's bottle, but it to his ear and said "hello, hello......gone"

He has no idea what a bottle was, and I had all these women feeling sorry for me that my ds was so stupid he couldn't even play with a toy properly!
