Help needed for my Friend having problems Breast feeding and expressing

Hey my bestfriend is having issues expressing milk, She is now worried that her DD2 is not get enough milk when feeding.

Any advice would be great to the best ways to express the milk. Thanks

Has she tried expressing from one side when baby latched on other? Found that upped my flow considerably...

Key thing for you to tell her is that the amount she gets expressing is NOT the same as the baby gets feeding directly. Her dd will be getting a lot more bf-ing than she will be able to express and this is entirely normal.
