Both mine had a mouthful of sharp fanglets from only a few months old and it hurt. I posted on the exact same subject too. Apart from trying diff positions (none of which really helped me) there is very little I can say apart from poor you and how very much I sympathise . I used to have little tooth prints all around my nipples after every feed and some times it was toe curlingly painful. The only thing to do is break the latch when it becomes too much and then let them back on again, hoping that all the fangs press a couple of mm to left or right of where they were - thus rendering your nipple with a delightful full circle of tooth marks once the feed is over (and you are released, screaming, into the air). I bf both mine until 13 months so it is possible, with acres of motherly love and through gritted teeth - yours that is .
