confused about new way for making up bottles!!

is this right? you have to boil the water, leave it to cool for 30 mins and then add the powder after 30 mins? how does that work with a screaming hungry baby!!

When my DS was born we sterilised 6 bottles every night, boiled the water, poured in the water to all bottles, put them in a basin of cold water for 15 mins then put them in the fridge and added formula when needed! If I was going out I used the CTN bottles which u can buy little tubs that fit inside them to put scoops of formula in then pour in as needed not so difficult! Our HV said this was fine!And DS never got ill.

I really hope we can get the BF to work when Tiny arrives in September !!
