Hi,
my little girl is 4 months old & we have a good bedtime routine. 6pm bath, bottle bed. She goes down without a fuss & everyone’s happy however she still wakes for a feed anytime between 3-5am which is fine. But she’s now taking an hour to resettle after her bottle. Babbling away to herself, high pitch noises & what not. Once asleep she’s not up again until 7/7:30am however if she wakes at 3, she may not go back to sleep until 4:30/5. She’s currently on 8oz.
i don’t change her unless she’s had a poo & I tried doing the dream feed at 10/11pm however she was then wide awake come her 3-5am feed (‘sleep experts said about dream feed but found that didn’t work for us)
any advice? TIA
