How long can you go without nursing or pumping before your milk supply starts to decrease or stop? My 2 month old hasn't been feeding as frequently and I don't want to pump as much as I have been so I'll be full when she's ready to nurse. But I don't want my milk supply to lower or stop. Anyone know how long you can go?
