Title says it all really. Am breastfeeding, DD is 8 months. Have nasty cold for almost a week now. Have been taking paracetamol and inhaling some menthol stuff. Problem is my ears feel like they are blocked with hot cotton wool. Can I do anything else??

Shes still almost fully breastfed as am doing BLW and its going slow..

Hello
IIRC boots the chemist (MN disclaimer: other pharmacies are available Grin) do a cold and flu relief that's just paracetamol and vit c in a hot lemon drink. NOt nearly as good as the proper stuff but does help more than paracetamol by itself.

also maybe a HWB for your ears? I've found this helps.

HWB - Hot water bottle
But hadn't thought of ear infection Blush as I've never had one to my knowledge - def worth making an appt.
