I'm feeling a bit panic stricken this morning.

I've had some odd feelings (down there) and have had some suggestions that is might be down to a weak cervix - esp given that I had a labour in January.

I'm really worried now - as soon as the office is quiet I'm gonna phone and try to get a mw appt - god they are gonna think I'm nuts!!!

Plus - should I tell dh???

minnie..i remember when pg with ds i dreamt about sleeping with my boss..now he was the most foul being ever so god knows why...pmsl. I always have dreams about other men when pg...gladly dh has no idea..lol

Nemo1977 · 11/05/2005 09:33

SH tell dh and get that appointment...if u r at all worried then get seen hun. Although mw may not be able to check but she may be able to give u some info...

scully · 11/05/2005 09:34

Nemo, it's Royal Surrey and I think they don't like you to come too early, 'just in case'. Bit frustrating though. Both hospitals do scans at 12 wks though so hoping I will still have enough time arrange this. Not my fault I've had to wait.....
Told a few more friends on the weekend. They were going to wonder why I wasn't drinking so we came clean! Should probably get around to telling our families but as they all live in other countries, it's easy to leave that a bit longer!
Haven't told dd yet, want to wait a bit longer yet. Although the other night she asked for a baby sister, and then with some prompting from dh, a baby brother as well! One at a time would be good though
Minnie, I haven't had strange dreams yet this time, but remember them from last time. I don't usually remember my dreams so they took my be surprise.

Nemo1977
I would wait i know its long but when your busy on MN all day the time will fly..
You have about 3 hours so we have to keep you busy..

Have you any holidays planned for this year?

Nemo1977 · 11/05/2005 09:52

lol thanks minnie...
we have booked to go to torquay on 11th june so not that long away...as for keeping busy i still need to shower and everything so not doing too bad on time wasting..lol

scully · 11/05/2005 09:57

yep, other one is Frimley. dd was born in Chelsea & Westminster so want to have a look around RS and F before deciding. Have you been to one or the other?
Sadly no holidays booked this year Our money pit of a house has taken care of these funds

MINNIE1 · 11/05/2005 09:58

Your sorted so,
Holi next month so you have to start getting cloths ready, you will need extra room for the bump.. I am not going till sep and will be 6 months then all fingers crossed, but we havent really decided yet. I think i could be happy to be staying at home by then.

Right have to have a little brekie (see if i can hold it down)

Nemo1977 · 11/05/2005 10:00

scully we were lucky as pil gave us money for hol as we r totally skint especially with having to do back bedroom for adam

scully · 11/05/2005 10:05

That's a lovely gift, I could do with that happening! Will have to arrange a long weekend or 2 away sometime this year, just to keep us sane. dh finishes his part time study soon (just for the summer, starts again in Sep), so am looking forward to having our weekends back, even just for a little while.
Minnie, I've already had 2 goes at b'fast (6.00am and 9.00am) and are now thinking about morning tea!

sweetheart · 11/05/2005 10:23

Scully, I had my dd and my other baby at Frimley - I've haven't heard brilliant things about the Royal Surrey to be honest.

We get a choice of both hospitals here - I went with Frimley but I haven't actually been to RS to look round. Frimley has always been good for me - and if it's good enough for a Royal!!!!!

scully it was rather lovely of them but they wanted us to go away for when other baby would have been due.

SH have u phoned mw yet?

sweetheart · 11/05/2005 10:25

No, the office is really busy. I'll probably have to pop home at lunch time and do it.

OP posts:
sweetheart · 11/05/2005 10:26

Do you think I should speak to them on the phone or book an appt to go in??

OP posts:
Nemo1977 · 11/05/2005 10:28

speak to them on the phone and they can tell u whats what as they cant actually check if anything has happened iykwim. It has to be a dr at such an early stage

MINNIE1 · 11/05/2005 10:30
