Well normally I am OK for nookie ten days after the birth. At the moment it feels like it will be more like 10 years. That may be no bad thing considering DH's supersperm tendencies.

On health front, after advice on the special thread I set up for this, I have phoned NHS and GP and surgery are going to ring me back.

I've just completed a three hour waddle round the shops - and I'm still contracting but not at all regular enough yet... I'm exhausted so am considering a snooze but don't want them to stop like they did last night! On the other hand, if I don't rest, I'll be knackered when they DO get serious so think I'm off to bed with a book... See you all later!

PS my HOtmilk delivery (part 2- DH's choice this time) has just arrived and they're sooooo pretty... love their stuff!

I'm so pleased for everyone.

Still struggling with feedings; but we had 2 feeds now with no pain at all...hopefully we have many more! Now I'm back to bed.

Have been out and about today, no pains/twinges at all. Am starting to think that it will be me who is the last to birth on this thread!

I'm so happy and excited for everyone else but I so want my baby too!

Kitty - rest lots, but I found the adrenaline kicked in in labour and I forgot the no sleep for 2 nights (well the pushing part - I was knackered for the upfront bit!!!!)
