& Bleu, I don't know - my bump's definitely lower, but a bit longer too, I think. But then my baby is still breakdancing in my pelvis & flipping from left to right every few hours, which he apparently shouldn't be able to do anymore, so I have no idea what's normal

Boffin - Yep and the clit, penis and how the vagina triumphs over the willy and ooooh loads of stuff, lots of biological facts thrown in there too as well as lots of womens stories, birth you have to see it!! soooooo funny.

ginger - the hypnobirthing CD is definately helping me so far with my attitude towards labour. MW has been a big help too just by supporting me with the choices I've made in my birth plan.
bleu - I sometimes get a bit sore after wiping there too. There's a lot more blood flow to fanjo just now so it's a lot more sensitive.
Beware that when numbness in your mouth starts to wear off it'll feel weird too, like tingly and possibly itchy and cold. That's always the bit that I find strange anyway! Might be a couple of hours yet, everyone's different.
springy - I read somewhere that being tearful/pre-menstrual is one of signs of things progressing, but don't know timescale, sorry!
