Hey Bicnod

They're actually generally getting longer, although not more painful. What do you reckon that means? Is that a yay or nay?

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:00

nutty just emailed you so hopefully this one works. How are you feeling? Has the pain got any better?

Springy LOL at finishing viewing first - you've got your priorities right

Bicnod · 28/02/2009 18:01

actually - did want to ask a quick question, does anyone else get pain at the top of your bump? in the soft bit right at the top? it feels muscular so not really worried, and mini bicnod is clearly fine as has been doing somersaults all day, but just wondered if anyone else has this?

Bicnod · 28/02/2009 18:01

x posts with everyone, sorry

hi nutty

SpringySunshine · 28/02/2009 18:02

Barbarella, I've watched 4 of the 5 now - I'll be damned if I'm missing the last one & the result

SpringySunshine · 28/02/2009 18:03

Bicnod, I get that pain too. Usually when he's been sticking his bum out of me & stretching things, I think. But then I'm probably not the best example at the moment

PuzzleRocks · 28/02/2009 18:03

Hi Bicnod - How are you?

Barbarelly - Do you have three cots? In fact do you have three of everything or will you rotate stuff like time in bouncy chairs? Have you settled on names?
How exciting. Can't wait to see the pics.
Oh and do you look like Jane Fonda or is there another explanation?

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:04

Too right, Springy! I understand completely

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:08

Puzzle LOL I wish I looked like Barbarella (Jane Fonda in fluffy white bikini) but sadly it is a nickname as my name is Barbara! I did dress up as Barbarella for my 30th birthday (NINE years ago!!!! though.
We have a cotbed which is big enough so that they can all sleep together sideways - does that make sense?
We have three bouncy chairs because all triplet mums say they are the best thing when you're dealing with one and trying to comfort the other two at the same time - vibrating ones are best apparently. Wish I had one for me!!
We have settled on names and middle names will be after our parents.

Bicnod · 28/02/2009 18:09

thanks springy i thought it was probably just my tummy muscles stretching...

hi puzzle i'm fine... had a bit of a stressful day as my grandma was taken ill when we took her out for lunch and i had to call the ambulance, but she was ok in the end thankfully. felt a bit shaky for ages afterwards though

BabyBolat · 28/02/2009 18:10

SPRINGY YOU STOP THOSE THINGS RIGHT NOW!!!!

And all of you STOP having sex because that is likely to make LOs come out!!! Keep your legs crossed!!! DH has no choice now - it is ON tonight!!!

Seriously springy, I think you should call your midwife and just get it checked out, they are pretty intense. If they are building up over a sustained period of time... But you do know if you do that I will no longer speak to you!!! (just joking!!!)

Barbarelly - 3 days is so exciting!!

Happy belated birthday MathsMummy,

Sorry not to catch up properly - supposed to be doing some work and am not getting very far!!

Bicnod · 28/02/2009 18:10

awwww... barbarella, that will be so cute having all your babies lined up in their bed...

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:11

Bicnod sorry about your grandma - have a nice bath to relax and destress X

PuzzleRocks · 28/02/2009 18:11

Springy - wikipedia says..

Bicnod · 28/02/2009 18:12

good plan barbarella - i might just go and do that... will check back later to check on springy's progress though

PuzzleRocks · 28/02/2009 18:12

From the NCT website:

You may be aware of having one during or after sex as the oxytocin that is produced with sexual arousal also causes the uterus to contract.

SpringySunshine · 28/02/2009 18:13

Puzzle, they don't sound like mine at all

& BB, I'm sorry! I'm trying to stop! I really am!

How are yours today? Do your BH resemble the Wiki article?

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 28/02/2009 18:15

Springy - i say yay (i'm at peak of excitement now!!! look at what you're doing to me mrs!! )

Barbarelly - just got your mail, will sort your buddy for you now (well give me an hour dd of to bed in a mo)

Pain still really bad, may have to up the dose of morphine tonight to 5ml as not sleeping much but hey ho i feel more positive so thats a good thing

SpringySunshine · 28/02/2009 18:15

Bicnod, just read about your grandma - I hope she's okay. Those things are never nice to deal with.

PuzzleRocks · 28/02/2009 18:16

Barbarelly - I wish I did too.
The thought of the three of them all asleep side by side is too gorgeous.
My friend has had a vibrating bouncer for both of hers and she said it was a godsend, always sent them both right off to sleep.

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:17

Nutty Boo to pain and thank god for morphine (((((hugs)))))

SpringySunshine · 28/02/2009 18:18

Nutty, just on the off-chance (I really do doubt it'll come to anything), email me your number as well? Frekkles is my buddy, but I don't know how easy it'll be for her to get online with the move today & I wouldn't want you all to be missing out on anything exciting

& good call on upping the morphine - make sure you're getting sleep as a priority!

PuzzleRocks · 28/02/2009 18:18

Oh dear Bicnod. I'm sorry to hear that, but glad she was ok.

BarbarellaNz · 28/02/2009 18:22

Ooooh Springy I'm very excited! How are you going?
