Morning Ladies (or rather afternoon).

Yes Sazzles you are correct. Bristol is one of what is called the Tri-Cities (Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City), all very small cities so close together it's easier to call them by the one group name. I was born in Johnson City and almost went to a private collage in Bristol. I've loads of family and friends there and within a 25 mile radius. Nice place. It's actually how I came up with the name Bristol that I quickly removed from my list after finding that in the UK Bristols are slang for BOOBS.

Feeling quite achey today. I guess I'm growing again.

Just a quickie to say I made the Banana and Date Flapjacks from the MN toddler recipes yesterday and they are both easy peasy and delish. Even better, they are sugar free so you can eat as much as you like! Low GI plus 2 helpings of fruit - totally angelic.

Go make some now!

Wierd DD yes....anything other than crackers, no. Too bad they can't make crackers with all the nutritional stuff necessary for growing little ones.

We have friends that put yogurt on their waffles instead of syrup....so I've learned to ask.

now Sazzles, its not nice to mock the strange people who like yoghurt (eurgh!) on their waffles!

Hi everybody, what a lovely chatty day it's been on here, have had a quick skim through. Sorry you guys have had such lousy luck on the gear you've ordered, it's so disappointing when it arrives and it's not what you thought. In order to slake my shopping thirst lately I've bought shoes instead of clothes, guaranteed to fit, though when they're on I can't see them! Lovely strappy flat sandals, new Converse (green) and FitFlops (blue).

Mmm thanks for waffles TS delish! DS wants egg and dippers - boak - tonight for supper so not sure what to make for me and DP but am thinking large platter of flapjacks and about a thousand cups of tea would certainly suit me!

My bump has pushed out the last week or two, but there are still loads of people I haven't even told I'm preggers. Do you think a group email at this stage would be a bit crass? I wanted to do it face to face and just haven't GOT face to face with them.

Leonard Cohen is playing here in June (all seated, so bump-comfy) - does anyone think I should pay 115 euro to see him? Well, times 2 really, considering I'd bring dear old DP on a "date".
