Love that @adelyra ❤️ Sorry to hear about your MIL. Sounds more like my mum on the npd front 🤣 She's not cruel though.

Families eh!? How do we avoid the mistakes we've grown up with 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Cross that bridge, hey.

Bells3032 · 15/06/2021 08:12

So after a bit of a shocking weekend we have found out I am probably around 6 weeks (although we are still a bit unsure). We were having IVF due to my DH's previous cancer causing a v v low sperm count and my cycles were all messed up.

My last IVF cycle i was really unresponsive and it got cancelled after 5 days. Seems i ovulated really late and was about 3 weeks pregnant then naturally. but cos my cycles are all over the place we are not 100% sure how far along i am. My HCG is 29,000 which is way too high for 4 weeks. waiting for a scan next monday.

but it seems i am due late jan/early feb so popped on here to say hi!

WinsAndNeedles · 15/06/2021 10:32

@CycloGoose I finally have sore boobs today! The bloat, that one can stay away for as long as possible!

@Bells3032 congratulations! What a fantastic story.

Lollipop25 · 15/06/2021 14:33

Oh my god the nausea 🤦‍♀️ it's been 9 years but how could I forget 🤢

Lollipop25 · 15/06/2021 14:39

@Bundaberg84 @minthumbugs how are you both doing xxx

Adelyra · 15/06/2021 14:51

@Lollipop25 With you. 🤢🤢🤢
Never vomitting. Just feel puky pretty much all the time.

Erinrose82 · 15/06/2021 15:17

Same here. School run and hot and feeling sick 🤢

WinsAndNeedles · 15/06/2021 15:23

I don't want to scare anyone but I had diarrhoea for 8 months with DC2. 💩

NorthernMammy · 15/06/2021 16:02

Totally with you @Adelyra and @Lollipop25. Initially I just felt sick when I ate, this week I feel sick all the time! So rubbish. I'm self isolating from a positive case this week but not looking forward to being back in work feeling this sick next week. @winsandneedles that sounds awful! Fingers crossed it's better this time. I just have no idea what's normal as a first timer so trying to assume everything is and not panic about every odd twinge. That's so exciting @Bells3032 congratulations!

MrsTwentyNine · 15/06/2021 20:33

Hi all!
I have just got a 1-2 weeks on CB digital.
I had a false positive on an IC last month so I'm tentatively posting on here...
Internet reassures me that this is very rare on digitals! So I am being brave
Congratulations to all you lovely people
I'm ''due'' Feb 26 as per random calculators...
Okay if I joined you all ? This is my no:1 after trying for 8 months :)

Adelyra · 15/06/2021 21:57

Hi @MrsTwentyNine

MrsTwentyNine · 15/06/2021 22:16

@Adelyra hello Smile Thank you for saying hi!
How are you? How far along are you ? Any tips on staying calm ...haha

Lollipop25 · 15/06/2021 22:43

Congrats @MrsTwentyNine 🤗 I'm 7+ 4 at the moment. Baby no 3 hopefully. 2 previous mcs so not getting my hopes up just yet. Have a DD10 and DS8. Thankful for my symptoms , nausea, sore boobs, it's when they disappear I know I'm in trouble.

MrsTwentyNine · 15/06/2021 22:53

Hi @Lollipop25 thank you! You too :)

Ahh how lovely that this is your no:3. Really sorry to hear about your MCs :( I'm sure this time it will be all okay , stay positive Smile

I'm still in shock state so refusing to change my Ava to pregnant just in case my AF turns up Friday ...Confused

MrsTwentyNine · 16/06/2021 07:46

Hi ladies
I'm still temping and my temp dropped a bit today which is making me miserable Sad
Please can I ask those of you that temp, did it consistently stay high after your BFP ? Or did you stop temping (which would be the right thing to do!)

WinsAndNeedles · 16/06/2021 09:57

@Lollipop25 sounds like we are very similar families. I'm 37yo (38 in July) with a 10yo and 6yo. My 10yo is going to die when we tell him. He's just had sex ed at school and told us it was disgusting that we'd ever had unprotected sex. Wait till he knows we did it again 😂

Bundaberg84 · 16/06/2021 12:23

@Lollipop25 thanks for asking. Surgery went well, I'm already back at work. With that I mean I'm working a bit from home but resting a lot. It's the best solution for me, I'm a team leader and we're one person short this month, it would stress me out much more to not work at all for two weeks. Also I'm planning our summer holidays in France in four weeks, I got something to look forward to.

Foxy1303 · 16/06/2021 13:35

Hello all, sorry I've been a bit quiet, welcome newcomers!
(Quick reintro I'm 34, currently 7+2, first pregnancy, nausea hit at 6 weeks on the dot, actually been sick the last 3 mornings)
I'm currently coming off one anxiety tablet and going onto another one. Struggling a bit this week with it all but hoping I'll feel back to normal again soon. Been signed off work for 2 weeks.
Got my first Midwife appointment this afternoon, so looking forward to that and will tell her all my thoughts and feelings.
Anyone else on antidepressants? L x

Bitho · 16/06/2021 16:13

Hi, I’m a lurker and this is my first ever forum post. Time to step out of the comfort zone Blush I’m 31 and this will be our first. Had a miscarriage in May at 6w and got pregnant directly after, think I’m 4+3 (was using cheap opks but CM didn’t match completely ) but have known for over a week now since 9 dpo! Wish I would’ve found out later since I’m a nervous wreck and the days ARE SO LONG Confused Boobs are killing me already, had to sleep in a sports bra last night. I’m actually wondering if I could be a little further along than I think, I already suspected that I was pregnant at 9dpo before that faint bfp by the size of my areolas, anyone else?? I guess we’ll see Smile

Hey @Bitho I am also terrified and I believe I am 12DPO Hopefully we can keep each other sane on here Smile
Sunshine8888 · 16/06/2021 20:56

Welcome @MrsTwentyNine and @Bitho - congrats 🥰

I am not coping in the evenings! Just feel awful and beyond exhausted. Get super hungry so I eat then feel sick. Then I go to bed and have the most broken sleep. I keep bursting into tears as I don’t know how I’m going to get through this, I’m only 6+4! And we are going on holiday with friends - i’m going to have to tell them as just can’t hide it.

Just so so different to my first pregnancy. I don’t remember feeling half as bad as this 😣

MrsTwentyNine · 17/06/2021 10:06

@Sunshine8888 thank you!!

Oh no sorry to hear that :((

Do you think it's because of Covid and lockdown and everything 😕

ArrrMeHearties · 17/06/2021 14:26

Had a scan today as ive been having bad pain in my stomach. Sonographer says everything is where it should be and its not an ectopic pregnancy. She said the fetal pole is there and the wee line flickering is the heart. I genuinely thought she wasnt going to find anything as she was looking for what felt like an eternity

Lollipop25 · 17/06/2021 18:30

Ahh that's great @ArrrMeHearties 💓 I've booked a scan for Tuesday , I'll be 8+4, I'm really struggling with nausea, I've only managed 4 crackers today🙈don't think I've ever had it this bad

Sunshine8888 · 17/06/2021 20:19

@MrsTwentyNine nope just pregnancy hormones I think! My first baby was a total lockdown baby born in April 2020 so totally used to covid and pregnancy unfortunately!
