Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

Hmm how strange, feels like I have been twisting and doing sit ups ( which I defiantly haven’t 😂) Im 5 weeks and feeling nervous but it’s nice to know that I’m not the only one! X

Nellybee123 · 05/11/2019 21:13

@Dafs123 how strange when you find someone with the same situation... strange but reassuring that your not alone! Thank you and congratulations to you also xx

Veebee12 · 05/11/2019 21:37

Hi all,
I'm joining the July gang too - I'm 5 weeks tomorrow apparently due 9th July. It's our first and so relieved to see you're all experiencing the same period style twinges and paranoia about going to the loo Grin

I felt pretty nauseous coming up to when my period was due but the last few days I've not felt it much. Now just getting head rushes and these weird mild period cramps. Sore nipples but not super bad.

Congrats to you all! X

TheFoz · 05/11/2019 23:21

Niggles here too, 5+4 today. Yesterday it was my left hip and today it was just to the left of my belly button. All good otherwise.

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 06:46

Is anyone thinking of getting a private reassurance scan? If so when? X

toomuchteaandcake · 06/11/2019 06:56

@Dafs123 mines booked for 7+5

showmewhatyougot · 06/11/2019 06:58

I'm 6 weeks today!

Thinking of getting an early scan if my 12 week one does not happen before Xmas! Would be nice to tell everyone then :)

Wanderer1 · 06/11/2019 06:59

@Dafs123 I think I will, there's a place near me where they are £50 which doesn't seem too much. I would like one before Christmas so we can tell DH family when we visit, the week before will be 11 weeks. I think I might get one earlier too, around 7/8 just to ease my mind.

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 06:59

@toomuchteaandcake yes I'm thinking 7weeks plus. There's a place local to me that does from 6 weeks but I think that's too early? X

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 07:01

@Wanderer1 yes I totally agree. So worth the money to reassure us. Be so lovely telling people around Xmas. How many weeks are you now x

toomuchteaandcake · 06/11/2019 07:08

@Dafs123 I'm 6 today so not long til my scan! You? Yeah it's a lovely time of year, I have my 12 weeks on the 19th December

toomuchteaandcake · 06/11/2019 07:10

@Dafs123 the place I'm going offers them from 6 weeks so you should be okay! The baby's heart should have started beating by 6 apparently

farmmumtomillie · 06/11/2019 07:16

I will be @Dafs123

But I don't know whether to get it when MIL is over from Spain and Mum mum and dad and his wife are free so they can all come. I will be 9 weeks then. We did that with my little girl at 8 week

Or wait week - week and half and get it just before Christmas so can announce it over Christmas? 11 weeks boxing day here

I'm off to the doctors at 12.50 for bloods and urine tests. I love my doctors they are sooo good!
I just messaged them to let them know, how early i was getting BFP's and how dark they are (AF due today/Tomorrow I believe) cycles all over the place and I've been having cramps that double me over in pain and sooo many symptoms and after 2 MC's just felt really anxious so she said she'd start with bloods.

I honestly have the feeling I'm having twins! I just knew from the beginning with my LG it was a girl and I genuinely had 0 doubt... and i was wrong. This time, i have that but that its twins 😳

And yes girls little twinges, niggles and period cramps all normal 🙃 crippling pain, is not

Wanderer1 · 06/11/2019 07:32

@Dafs123 I'm 4 weeks today although I think NHS would date me as 4+4ish but I know I ovulated late. I got a bfp at 7dpo and time is going so slowly. I've bad period like pains too and had a chemical before so nerves are sky high. Looking forward to be far along enough to scan.

@farmmumtomillie me too, I've been getting strong positives since 8dpo and twins run in the family. I would really like some bloods off the doctor but mine don't offer it. I'm just using an IC every two days and checking that they are getting stronger, it's keeping me calmer

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 07:45

@farmmumtomillie ah telling everyone at Xmas would be lovely... but I'd want one ASAP 😂

My af is due tomorrow and my test have got dark so quick .

I haven't rang my docs for blood but maybe I should. Had a mmc in July so very anxious x

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 07:47

@Wanderer1 @Wanderer1 ah I'm only 4 weeks +1 but I just knew I was pregnant so tested early . Time is dragging. So sorry about your chemical that's awful. I just keep thinking more pregnancies end well that don't 🤞🏻x

Goldington · 06/11/2019 08:15

I’m not sure whether I am going to book a reassurance scan - I might see when my 12 week one is. I’m 12 weeks on Xmas day so if it’s not before I might do a private one so I can tell people at Xmas.

I’d defo recommend getting one after 7/8 weeks. I had one at 6 weeks last time, was told everything looked as it should and was measuring ok but to come back in 2 weeks for a heartbeat. I ended up miscarrying the week after!

Dafs123 · 06/11/2019 08:57

@Goldington exactly the same happened to me at 6 weeks. So definitely leaving it later this time x

farmmumtomillie · 06/11/2019 10:15

Yeah, I wouldn't bother at 6 weeks unless it's an NHS one due to fertility/bleeding etc

There's a local place that does a two scan package for £149 or one scan for £89
Says they usually recommend 7 and 9/10 weeks

Maybe i should get that. But maybe do 9 weeks and take family then do 11 weeks so we can announce it at Christmas 🤔

No idea what's the next step after these bloods and if she wants to repeat them in 48 hours or not...
she just said 'what think we'll do to start is bring your in for bloods and send of your urine make sure everything is okay'
But, dang I'm nervous! No heartburn today, no nausea today, no tiredness (yet) only had two lots of sore nips so far

Aaahhh 😓

bellebox19 · 06/11/2019 10:22

I've booked an early scan at 6+2 just for reassurance but going by these posts maybe there's no point?Sad it's taken us almost 3 years to conceive so we are very keen to have a peek and very hopefully see a heartbeat x

MrsD0147 · 06/11/2019 10:56

Hi ladies. Can i just too- got my BFP last week and due 12th July - so excited

keepinghopeful · 06/11/2019 11:40

Hi, congrats everyone!! Can I join? Got BFP, Im 12 dpo now but 4 weeks since last period. Having periods of nausea ... freaking out as no sore boobs!!! Anyone else? I have had chemical pregs in past so the fear is real! Also have a little girl who will be 1 next week 😊

Terrih · 06/11/2019 15:52

Hi everyone. Hope you don’t mind me joining :).

I’m Terri, 28 in a couple of weeks. This is mine and my boyfriends first baby. I stopped the pill in August. Didn’t see my boyfriend until October (he works away), did the deed twice and here we are Shock Grin massive shock and totally unexpected as I just did the test because my app said to haha and hadn’t actually thought it would be positive. Really feeling pregnant now though. Massive sore boobs, really lightheaded and dizzy, sort of feels like the room is spinning when I close my eyes. Little shooting pains when laid in bed at night.

Loads of plans in run up to Xmas including new year in Dublin with another couple (feel guilty!!!) and a bridesmaid dress to fit in to in a just over a week which isn’t ideal when I have huge boulder boobs and can’t stop eating.

This will be our first baby. Super excited but trying not to be as I know a lot can happen this early on. Due 9th it July!

Congrats everyone! Xxx

Lynds4536 · 06/11/2019 16:31

Hi everyone and congratulations to you all. I am 6 weeks today with our first baby, had a miscarriage last year and have been trying to conceive ever since. No scared incase something goes wrong. Not many symptoms but do feel tired constantly and have sore boobs xx

Josiejo12 · 06/11/2019 21:56

I'm pregnant with my first and should be due 5th July 2020!! I've also been experiencing the mild period type twinges so I'm feeling reassured reading that others are feeling this too.
