I'm hoping I haven't missed a December 2019 thread- apologies if I have.
I got my BFP at 10dpo this morning, giving me an estimated due date of 2nd December.
I know it's incredibly early-I'm very nervous about that at the moment!
Is there anyone else with a December 2019 due date yet?

Just replied to you now Windy. It seems to work for some people but not others!
Unfortunately I’m not able to post a link, it will only let me email individuals as it’s a secret group. If anyone knows how to get around this let me know. X

PeacockingAbout · 03/04/2019 20:39

@Lorna2019 it's so awkward when people ask. The pregnant woman in my team the other day was like 'do you think you'll have kids soon' and I'm there like... lalalala! Sorry you're stressing, I know want you mean - I just don't feel pregnant but I'm not sure what that would feel like!

Good luck with the jobs, @codenameduchess, @SweetPeace and @JayDot500.

@happilyevernever welcome and congratulations. Glad your mum took it well!

@KayJay2018 welcome and congratulations!

@Kizzy8750 I'm a Londoner. How stressful for you with the medical bits, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you have an utterly boring pregnancy, and that they give you lots of support.

@agteacht glad to hear there's no more bleeding! 2 grandchildren in a few months, she'll be beside herself, And lovely for them that they'll have each other so close in age.

Have you guys all got referrals to community midwifes/associated with your drs, or to hospital teams? I got told to pick a hospital and call the number on their website but it seems a bit early to choose. @MinnieLou, if you're London too - have you self referred to an actual hospital?

@Melonise congratulations and welcome

@windysowindy you must be knackered! My best friend fed DC1 all pregnancy and is tandem feeding now DC2 is here, she loves it.

@Enwi welcome and congratulations! I barely use FB, would I be able to join later, in a few weeks?

@Hanni1234 welcome, congratulations! Sorry to hear about your MC.

Im pretty asymptomatic at the moment. I need to consistently drink more water, I'm either thirsty or have gone past thirsty and have a banging headache. I've not been properly hungry since before I got my BFP, I'm totally disinterested in food until it's in front of me then I inhale it, and the same with sleep, I don't feel tired (more I know I must be because I'm sort of empty inside) - but I will just fall asleep in seconds.

JayDot500 · 03/04/2019 21:42

Thanks @PeacockingAbout Smile

I'm with you on the food thing. I'm so not hungry (a major feeling that made me think 'Hmmm, pregnant?') but if it's in front of me, I vacuum the stuff!

happilyevernever · 03/04/2019 21:52

DS isn’t settling at all tonight so I won’t be getting much sleep, which is a nightmare because I’m so tired. I won’t be able to join the Facebook group as I don’t have it, but what a great idea for everyone. I’ve got really bad acid reflux, which I’m hoping goes away as I had it all through my pregnancy with Vinnie and it was the worsr

MinnieLou · 03/04/2019 22:12

@Enwi apparently if you make it just as a closed group first then name it something we will recognise it as we can request to join and once majority have joined you can then change to secret. I might hold out at the moment though...

@agteacht If you don't mind me asking did you have a bit of a bellyache when you bled? I thought things were going so well this time but just been to the toilet and blood when wiping and a little in the toilet but I've had a bit of a bellyache all afternoon/evening.
I too had a miscarriage recently in January at 5 weeks which is where I'm at today... I'm so so hoping that was all and there's no more. I'm glad you haven't had anymore!

@PeacockingAbout after a few ladies on here mentioned it I searched my local midwife referral and filled a form in online (directly to the hospital) it asks which you'd prefer. Then they say you'll receive appointment within the next two weeks. It's so hard to get a doctors appointment so I haven't bothered yet.

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 04/04/2019 14:11

How's everyone doing today?

Lozzlepop · 04/04/2019 14:30

@PeacockingAbout we only have one hospital with a maternity unit where we live (and it covers a whole region) so that takes the hassle out of having to pick, its a good 25 minute drive though so when the time comes the OH will have to put his foot down 😂

Roxybaby12 · 04/04/2019 14:47

Hi ladies..
Hope everyone’s keeping well? Woke up feeling good! 🤨 didn’t feel pregnant at all until the fire started in my boobs again followed by heartburn! Joy!!! Had HB sooo bad with my last two..
@enwi I don’t have Facebook ☹️ Would be awsome if you could update us on here now and then too? Xx

So quick question ladie... I work on a farm with some animals, I’ve read it’s ok to still work but should I tell my boss that I’m expecting? I want to wait til the scan but DH thinks it could be dangerous... not sure.. what do you think?
Thanks lovelies xx

codenameduchess · 04/04/2019 17:18

@Roxybaby12 I'd probably let your boss know just in case.... are there any lambing sheep?

I've been having cramps for a few days, tonight ive coughed a few times and got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen (only last a couple of seconds). Is that something I should see a doctor about or is it normal?
Don't remember any cramping in the early days with dd but it was a while ago and I've been trying all week to speak to a midwife but they're not answering the phone or returning calls.

happilyevernever · 04/04/2019 18:05

@codenameduchess Cramping is normal, from what I can see on the internet it’s just your body changing to accommodate a baby.

@Roxybaby12 I agree, ask your boss, you don’t want to take any risks.

DH has just got home and is putting a dinner on for us, the smell has got to me but as it’s a studio flat I have nowhere to escape it, I’m currently sat on the loo with the door shut so I can’t smell anything. I’m so tired today because the LO wouldn’t sleep at all last night, I think he’s coming down with something.

BostonFern · 04/04/2019 18:08

Evening ladies.

@PeacockingAbout I'm with the community midwife associated with my GP practice.

@codenameduchess it could be round ligament pain?

I have felt so rough, tired and nauseous today. On a day when I really needed to be 'with it'. I cried in the car on the way home as I felt so rough. I'm lying in bed now, trying to resist falling asleep already!

agteacht · 04/04/2019 18:16

Thank you @PeacockingAbout !

@MinnieLou how are you feeling now? I have had cramps throughout but I believe to be stretching rather than linked to the bleeding. It's scary I know but mine seems to be okay so hope you are too

agteacht · 04/04/2019 18:18

@codenameduchess I think @happilyevernever is right

MinnieLou · 04/04/2019 18:32

@agteacht so had a bit of fresh blood last night then again this morning, had a little brown throughout the day and nothing since, I haven't had any cramps today either. I got a callback from my doctor so I could be referred to epu so waiting to hear from them and will hopefully see them next week. X

Lorna2019 · 04/04/2019 18:43

@BostonFern Oh no, I hope you are ok. I hate the crying in the car on the way home after a bad day. Feel for you. Have a nap, might do you good. X

LoisLittsLover · 04/04/2019 19:06

@ codenameduchess - i am having cramps which i didn't in last pregnancy. I'm wondering if things are stretching a bit quicker second time around which is causing them.

Roxybaby12 · 04/04/2019 19:08

Thanks ladies,
@codenameduchess no sheep on the farm, but they do have a couple of horses that I help with sometimes (feeding, grooming cleaning out etc).. other animals but none I have to worry about. Just sure they’ll tell me not to bother going back! I’ll have a ‘round about’ chat with her! Lol
I have been cramping for weeks now-don’t remember it from before either! 🤔 but sure it’s nothing to worry about.

@bostonfern ahh hun I totally get it.. I cried at tinkerbell earlier!?? 🙈 cant even remember why! My kids think I’m ill..

Hope eveyone else is ok too. Xx

Fuiseog · 04/04/2019 19:31

Hi everyone,

I got a BFP today!!! Is it too early to join here?! Trying to remind myself to be really cautious but still want to talk to people 😂

BostonFern · 04/04/2019 19:36

Hope you get some reassurance soon @MinnieLou

Thanks @Lorna2019 and @Roxybaby12 I'm ok, nearly the weekend too.

Congratulations @Fuiseog great to see you on here!

Fuiseog · 04/04/2019 19:48

Thank you, @BostonFern! I'm overjoyed and have to keep reminding myself AF wasn't even due till Sunday so I need to be cautious and not assume anything. Good to see you here from TTC thread though! Based on CD1 of my LMP and my average cycle length, every app is telling me my EED is 16 Dec 😁 Oops, just welled up happily typing that! Maybe I can put back down being very emotional as a very early symptom! 😂

happilyevernever · 04/04/2019 19:53

@Fuiseog Congratulations!

windysowindy · 04/04/2019 19:56
Envy Why do I do this to myself? I wasted £3.50 on 2 Morrisons tests, and they have left me more worried than anything. Stupid faint lines. I am not doing anymore Envy
dalecooperscoffeecup · 04/04/2019 20:15

I stopped getting updates and thought the thread had gone quiet! Nice to see new people, welcome!

Roxybaby12 I handled horses all the way through my last pregnancy, up to the point mine was being a complete dick and I couldn't keep up. Do what's right for you.

Constant nausea and a metallic taste in my mouth. Grim.

Sleepinglemon · 04/04/2019 20:16

Congratulations @Fuiseog

@windysowindy I've never used a Morrison's. Hopefully they're just a bit shit?!

SideEyeing · 04/04/2019 20:18

Tentatively joining having lurked for a while - I'm feeling really underconfident about this pregnancy as I have a history of miscarriages and have had some very pale pink spotting over the last few weeks. Lovely to see so much support here - I hope everyone is doing okay!

@windysowindy I had the exact same experience with Morrisons tests a week or so ago, was horribly pale compared to frer though they're meant to be only 15 hcg - was horrified! I'm 5+1 today and haven't dared retest with them! I'm hoping it's those particular tests.
