The old thread got closed at 1000 posts, I'm not sure why. So I've started this new one. I hope you all find it ok. @Swisbest2 @OneMoreWish @frankiefumbles @Kisses4u @hayleyfx @Maydot @Jessabean

@pancakes7 wow how amazing to see the baby moving as well as feel him so clearly.
@junex88 bet hubby was thrilled to feel the baby moving.
@swisbet brilliant the anomaly scan is completed, if they were happy I think it is definitely time to relax.
@kisses4u has your DH wanted to find out the sex yet? xxx

Swisbest2 · 18/01/2019 07:28

Thanks @pancakes7 love feeling bis little movements constantly. Best feeling in the world ❤

Swisbest2 · 18/01/2019 19:29

Yes starting to feel a bit better now lol. Yes @kisses4u very definitely a boy 😂

Pancakes7 · 18/01/2019 20:27

@Swisbest2 Aw congratulations on your baby boy! I've been loving buying all little boy clothes. Mostly baby grows and baby vests. Got any name ideas yet?

dreaminofholidays · 18/01/2019 22:56

@swisbet congrats on a little boy!! So lovely! Bet knowing makes buying clothes very exciting!
Is there anyone else on the thread who isn't finding out? xxx

kisses4u · 19/01/2019 17:40

A boy for @Swisbest2 lovely!!! Congrats! There's sooooo much cute boy clothes about at the mo! Shopping is going to be fun!!!

@dreaminofholidays I think your the only surprise now? Think we all know now! Nice to have a surprise tho. My son was a surprise and it was great motivation to push him out to hear 'it's a boy!' I wasn't worried either way as he was our first. I'm pleased as punch to know I've got a girl this time! Obviously would have been happy either way and my son really wants a brother, so he will be disappointed ☹️ but I'm not!! 😆

DH still has no idea! He changes his mind every day. So very much undecided. Thinks boy at the moment as I've put some of my sons blue 0-3m grows in the drawers already (as I'm not bothered about my girl being all in pink) but DH doesn't know that 😆 so he's totally off target at the mo due to this! Loving keeping him guessing! I also keep talking boy names! As I'm so set on my girl name options I don't feel I need to keep discussing those anymore.

On another note, anyone been having any strange symptoms? I had a raving pulse the other day! I was sat down in a cafe and my heart rate suddenly went bonkers fast!!! Doubled in speed. My neck was throbbing and my mum could feel it too! However it then slowed right down again, just like that! I'm also getting horrendous reflux again! Had it last time. Makes me feel nauseous again all day. Might have to get to my GP this week for something to relieve it (not gaviscon 😝)

Pancakes7 · 19/01/2019 18:23

@Kisses4u Haha so sneaky tricking your DH. Good you haven't given the game away. Yes I've had heart palpitations. Normally only occasionally, but the other day I had it multiple times in a row. So GP told me to book an ECG. Got that Tuesday, then a check up with her. But the did say probably nothing to worry about.

Swisbest2 · 20/01/2019 17:44

Thanks @pancakes7 and @dreaminofholidays yeah were naming after his dad which is nice in his memory.

Ive had these brief palpitations too just few times a day when my heart feels like its suddenly racing.or adds extra beats. How weird?

Maydot · 21/01/2019 13:41

I’ve had the heart palpitations too!!...Sounds like they’re pretty commom!!... The symptoms and tiredness and hitting me hard again now!! Pregnancy is such a joy isn’t it!! 😂
We’ve finished decorating the babies room now and having the furniture delivered later today. We’re going to take a break on all things baby now for a couple of weeks!
Still can’t believe how well organised we are!!
How’s everyone else doing?

Pancakes7 · 21/01/2019 18:43

@Maydot Wow good you've decorated the baby's room already. We have started going with our house decorating again. We had the electrician in to install spot lights in kitchen and bathroom. We have plasterers coming in Wednesday to skim the rest of our ceilings as they are all that old swirly style. So had to empty all 3 bedrooms into our downstairs. Sleeping on our mattress in the lounge lol. All good fun... baby is still getting more wriggly by the day. Bumps much bigger. Ribs aching and heartburn atm. Oh and insomnia still on and off. To top off the busy week. Someone's got hold of my card number and spent on it. So had to cancel my cards... That's all I need! I hope you're all good. On a positive note we have agreed on baby boys name for now.

Would love to see pictures of everyone's nurseries! Ours is in the making, the furniture is there. Feel bad for DS as we have given new baby the bigger room however girls always have more stuff (!) also I keep a single bed in the nursery for those nights they just won't sleep you can stay in the room with them, did same with DS in his old room and it was a godsend at times! Plus somewhere for OH to escape to for the odd night when babe was still in with us.

Got a bit of a dilemma at home. I'm totally sensitive to smells again at the moment as so appalled by garlic or onion breath. Like it makes me feel like I'll be sick! My DH always seems to smell of one or the other st the moment. I wake in the night feeling like I'm going to throw up (I'm pretty sure it's not that bad - just my sensitive nose) I've resorted to sleeping in a different room tonight 🤭 he's so offended when I keep asking him what he ate for lunch (he says sushi but I'm convinced he's munching on an onion) 😣

kisses4u · 21/01/2019 22:07

Ooh @Pancakes7 are you going to tell us?!

Pancakes7 · 22/01/2019 07:04

@Kisses4u Oh no. I'm the same. If DH had been drinking, or eaten onion or garlic I can't be near him either lol. Luckily he's used to me being fussy now lol. Well atm we have chosen Seth for our baby boy 💙

OP posts:
kisses4u · 22/01/2019 08:53

@Pancakes7 that's a lovely name!!! I don't know any Seth's so hopefully the only Seth in the class 😊👍

Pancakes7 · 22/01/2019 09:34

@Kisses4u Yeah hopefully! Annoyingly I have loved this names for ages, we already wanted it. New guy at DH's work is called Seth! I mean what are the chances? Byt DH has said he still wants the name. Phew!

OP posts:
dreaminofholidays · 22/01/2019 13:17

What is everyone's due date?

@pancakes7 I love the name Seth. So exciting you have a name.

xx xx

Maydot · 22/01/2019 14:53

I love the name Seth!!
Our furniture delivery failed to show yesterday, I was so annoyed after sitting in all day for it!... It’s now officially lost!

My due date is 2nd April xxx

Pancakes7 · 22/01/2019 15:29

Good idea to recap.
Baby Boy due 20th May. 💙

OP posts:
Pancakes7 · 22/01/2019 15:46

Thanks @Maydot and @dreaminofholidays. We love that it's a bit different. DH has started calling him Seth already. So cute.

OP posts:
dreaminofholidays · 22/01/2019 19:32

@maydot that is so annoying. I hope they locate it and actually deliver it when they say they will.
Definitely happy to share nursery photos when we have something to share. Haven't made a start on it yet but suspect I've found the wallpaper.

@pancakes7 that is really sweet

I'm due 17th may, team yellow. xxx

xJune88 · 23/01/2019 10:34

12th May team pink 💗

Anyone else have achy legs?! I was sent by doctor for blood tests because I'm bruising everywhere, restless legs and a massive purple mark on my foot for no reason and starting to get uncomfortable at night now too x

Pancakes7 · 23/01/2019 13:13

@dreaminofholidays Aw we have close due dates. @xJune88 Good your GP is getting you checked out. Might be bad circulation? I get restless legs sometimes but not too often.

OP posts:
Pancakes7 · 23/01/2019 13:15

@Maydot I hope you're furniture turns up soon! Our plasterer had gone through a cable somehow from the electrician who put in the spot lights on Friday. So DH has been trying to get hold of the electrican. As now 9 out of the 10 lights don't work 😕 why can't it just be easy?! Lol

OP posts:
xJune88 · 23/01/2019 13:30

I hope it just goes away. Can't have this for another 14 weeks and I imagine it's only guna get worse the bigger I get! Normally very fit and healthy and still keeping active. So frustrating x

dreaminofholidays · 23/01/2019 14:26

@xjune88 that doesn't sound good at all. Is it constant? Is there anything they can give you to help?

@pancakes7 how annoying about the lights!

xxx
