Hello there,

A new thread for those who are due in June 2019. The Early bird catches the worm! Or, in my case, the sickness.

Feel free to introduce yourselves and make yourself at home.

I'm Sarah, 28, and currently super-early into my pregnancy at 3+1. This will be my second child, and I have in the past, and currently still do, suffer from HG (severe morning sickness).

So come one, come all, let us start our journey with sticky thoughts! Welcome, to the June 19 bus!

So much for not being nauseous... had to run to the bathroom half way through dinner. 🙈

Never had anything like that before 😭

Anyone here run? Just been for my first run with my running club since finding out and feeling a little apprehensive. Didn’t run with the other 2. I’ve been running regularly for a couple of years and I’m pretty fit. Trying to slow things down a bit and not push myself too hard but I really don’t want to stop running .

I don't run but I do step aerobics and normally go pretty hard - I've been trying to take it easy but I'm finding my heart rate goes up far too high even when I'm missing the jumps etc. My main focus is to make it as low impact as possible ☺️ the advice seems to be that you should be able to talk whilst exercising...

Good morning all! I'm hopping on the pregnancy bus haha. Finally got a positive yesterday. Going by my last period my due date is 16th June so very early days at the moment. It's very weird being back here. My DS is 4 in January and I was on the Jan 15 chat here before we moved to Facebook. Glad I have somewhere to chat though because I feel like I've completely forgotten what I'm doing. So anyway, hi, my name's Kate. Pleased to meet you all. :-)

My heart rate was average 150 when it’s normally 180. I chatted all the way round (6 miles) i definitely took it easy. Very leisurely. Running is really good for my mental health so I’m keen to keep it up as long as I can and restart ASAP when baby here

@Napssavelives that's similar to me - I've been keeping under 155, was a little worried when I saw some stuff online about staying under 140 but that seems to be out of date advice ☺️ it's difficult as they recommend you stay fit, but you don't want to take it too far! Sounds like you've found a good balance 🤗

Fingers crossed. Although I’m not sure how long I’m going there get away with hiding the pregnancy in the group. I’m already being mocked for running in the slower group 😂 bloody men! May fake an Injury.. twingy ankle or something!

I’ve just got to work, it’s very hard working in a hospital trying to hide a pregnancy. On Monday I had to tell one of the senior nurses when they wanted to move me to the infectious diseases ward.. I was like ermmmm no!

Hi, joining here. First baby, EDD 16th June. Got faint positives last Friday and then a 1-2 on clear blue. Got 2-3 on clear blue this morning x

Woken up extremely tired this morning despite going to bed earlier than usual... not sure if its actually pregnancy related fatigue or just lack of caffeine!!

@craftycanary I'm in Kent! Also suffering with the tiredness, I'm usually a night owl but I'm going to bed earlier every night and still waking up exhausted! I remember last time feeling fantastic after about 14 weeks or so, fingers crosses the same thing happens again!

Hi all the new people - and congratulations!

I had a real wobble yesterday, I think because I was 4+5 and that's when I lost the last one (last month so still quite raw). However all was fine and I've woken up today with what feels like a raging hangover and a bbt of 37.1 so I think bean is sticking around for at least one more day.

I need to calm the eff down.

After feeling really sick yesterday, I felt a bit better by bedtime, so of course spent the whole night fretting that it was a bad sign.

Feel really sick again this morning.

I guess after my mc earlier this year I'm more anxious than I thought.

I feel sick on and off not actually been sick yet though! Anyone else getting cramping I've been getting period like cramps this morning.

@Cookiecrumble88 yeah I've been getting cramps as well and also feeling sick but never really lasts more than an hour or so at a time

I forgot to wear my nausea bands to work today so am feeling pretty rough 🤢 not enough to actually be sick, just a bit 'off'.
I wish we could just hibernate for the next 7 months!!

Good to know I'm not the only one, I can't remember much from previous pregnancies as it was a while ago lol
