libby and pheobe yes - in fact pheobe was our girls name.

the others are too 'modern' for me

but then my two are Matthew and Joe so I do go for very traditional names

I really like the name Phoebe . Also know a little boy called Jayden who is lovely .

My DS is Cameron....fine choice of name, but it does mean hooked nose in gaelic!

Rhys is nice, Ryan and Cameron OK, I love Phoebe. The others, no (sorry). Several of them will really 'date' your dc.

i dont know what names he like as he was choose names as im only 7 weeks lol plus want to find out sex before pick names

My dd is Phoebe so that's one name I approve of. It's still relatively uncommon as well so I guess I should try to talk you out of it . There is only one other Phoebe in my dd's school as far as I'm aware.

Elizabeth can be shortened to Libby

Btw, I had a list of girls names that went down the page and onto the next side (all pretty, girly princessy type names - Alexandra, Caitlin, Lucy etc). My list of boys names was about 4 or 5 - sturdy traditional names - William, David, Thomas etc. The right name will come to you - lots of people have told me that they wouldn't have chosen Phoebe as a name for their daughter but she's not their daughter. She's mine .

Just be prepared for stupid questions like 'was it from Friends?' if you do choose that name.

book - that's what i'm worried about for no 2! lol. I still love pheobe but already have a joseph (joey as we call him! lol) and no that's not friends!

tbh DH liked tradtional names, I wanted unsual (deffo not traditional but joseph was the only one really which stuck) and I agreed on the basis of he's joseph but a joey if that makes sence?

Just a thought - if you like Libby and your dp likes traditional names, why not go for Elizabeth but call her Libby?

The problem with Jayden is that Brittney Spears called her youngest that. Just be aware that some people will think you were inspired by her...

Love Libby and Pheobe. Also like Rhys for a boy.

I like Cameron and Rhys for boys and Liberty, Phoebe and Summer for girls (assuming that you are due in the summer).

I really don't like Demi-Leigh and I think that Paris has been tainted by Paris Hilton.

I don't like any names from your list. Sorry but no doubt you want an honest repsonse. Elizabeth can be shortened to Libby too - perhaps you and your DH could compromise with that?
