Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

I’m not very good at @ messaging everyone but I’m due 22st January. Weird ! OMG a whole month is knocked off!

I’m just glad I can tell work now, my boss knows but colleagues don’t and I’ve been having weird times off id like not to lie now Grin

Since2016 · 07/07/2018 19:10

@powkin it's 29 where I am. I can't cope I feel so ill.

booxox · 07/07/2018 19:13

Hello everyone, have to say today has been such a stressful day for me today.

Whilst at work in the Pool a girl kicked me straight in my tummy whilst swimming breaststroke. I felt the pain straight away, on the other hand was quite impressed how hard she could kick. I haven't told my manager at work so was panicking a bit and couldn't really leave earlier. As soon as I finished I rang 111 and they said I need to go straight to hospital and they supposedly booked me an emergency appointment. I sat in the emergency department for 5 hours before being seen. A hot A+E department and screaming adults (not even kids) was not quite where I was hoping to be. Nausea was in full force. Anxiety was through the roof! Doctor did an altra sound, I was panicking because she kept saying there is nothing they could do if they did see something and what would be would be. Wasn't particularly what I wanted to hear. :( thankfully the little bean is still snug as a bug with its little heart beating away. I can't even begin to tell you how panicked and worried I was. Can't believe how much I want and love this little thing already 🙈 x

jeanzbeanz · 07/07/2018 19:24

Eek @booxox that sounds horrendous. So glad the scan showed you are OK.

bubblybrit · 07/07/2018 19:51

@booxox. So glad that everything is ok. What a stressful day you have had!

maxiflump1 · 07/07/2018 19:58

Why do they make pregnancy vitamins so damn big!?! I'm taking the preggnacare max and have to take three of the things with my main meal. Only managed one through a lot of retching and still 2 more to go! EnvySomeone could make a fortune if they developed some sort of dissolvable one.....

booxox · 07/07/2018 20:22

@bubblybrit @jeanzbeanz thank you ladies, it was so horrible! Hope nothing else happens for the next 7 months 🙈

How are both of you doing? How are you symptoms? xx

Eden32 · 07/07/2018 20:25

Hey everyone, Just moving over from the last thread EDD 15th Feb 2nd DC and a 12yr age gap Grin

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 07/07/2018 20:32

Just checking in 😊

Had my second scan on Friday, should have been 7+5, but they measured me at 8+3.. this means nothing I know as it still too early to be accurate, plus I am tilted so a clear scan isn’t as easy. Main thing was that baby was looking good... heart beating away nicely 👌

Next scan on the 1st August 🤞🤞

jeanzbeanz · 07/07/2018 20:32

@maxiflump1 I've given up on the big ones I was taking and resorted to just having folic acid.

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 07/07/2018 20:33

@Eden32

This will be my DC3, 11 year age gap with my youngest. I do wonder what I’m doing sometimes! 😂

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 07/07/2018 20:34

@maxiflump

Why do you take three? I’ve been taking one... going to go read the box now!

maxiflump1 · 07/07/2018 20:41

@NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking with the pregnacare max you are supposed to take two of the green multi vitamins and one of the yellow omega oil tablets. I think most of the others in the pregnacare range you only have to take one so maybe you're on a slightly different one?!? xx

Notquiteagandt · 07/07/2018 20:42

@camsie30 i hadnt realised but quite a few people now have commented that my boobs look huge. I was a G cup to begin with so hardly small. But feel like ive got two rock hard grapefruits down my bra. They are so heavy!!

@booxox what a relief I bet. Sounds terrorfying. But I guess just shows how wonderful our bodies are designed. They are well cushioned in there. Glad everythings ok Flowers

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 07/07/2018 20:47

@maxiflump

Ah, I’m on the normal pregnacare..

smellsofelderberries · 07/07/2018 21:06

@Camsie30 my boobs are sad and deflated looking but I didn't get big(ger) boobs last time and I'm still breastfeeding DD!

clairehr · 07/07/2018 21:07

@maxiflump1 Yes! Wholeheartedly with you on this, and the green ones are VILE! The least they could do would be sugarcoat the damn things 😂

bubblybrit · 07/07/2018 21:20

@booxox. The main symptoms I have are sore boobs, mild cramps and complete exhaustion. Feel a little nauseous if I don’t eat but it usually corrects itself if I force down a slice of toast! Been lucky that the nausea has been very mild and infrequent. Hoping it stays that way! Hopefully that’s all the stress out the way and you can enjoy the next 7 months 🙂 x

I’ve got my early scan tomorrow so equally nervous and excited! My sickness has finally settled down to just the evenings but I’m still eating the worst food because the thought of preparing anything myself absolutely turns my stomach. Poor husband is picking up all of the chores and making his own dinner every evening.

Alicejj8x · 08/07/2018 08:09

Has anyone's symptoms basically disappeared and everything's been
All
Ok?

I literally don't have any symptoms anymore so already think the worst

Babybeany · 08/07/2018 08:34

Alicejj8x my symptoms come and go... I read that the placenta is starting to take over in week 7-8-9 and has taken some of the work load. This supposedly reduces all the hormones that can cause all our symptoms. Try not to worry too much. Have you had an early scan? I lose track of who has and hasn’t. 🤦‍♀️ X

Alicejj8x · 08/07/2018 08:43

@Babybeany
I really hope so. Just so worried like everything seemed to have gone/ slowed down I didn't have major symptoms before but the ones I did have aren't anywhere to be seen

Yes I had a scan last Wednesday she didn't do measurements coz how early it was but she said I looked around 5ish weeks but we did see a heart beat flickering away.
I have my next scan this coming Wednesday

1stTimeTina · 08/07/2018 08:56

@alicejj8x that happened to me, I had a really sharp pain one night then the next few days my symptoms disappeared completely, I was in total panic, GP referred me for a scan but luckily we saw the flicker and all is well. Seems like they come and go, I know it’s hard but try to stay positive 😊 xxx

LittleD0t · 08/07/2018 09:08

@alicejj8x my symptoms have also pretty much all but gone. Boobs aren't sore, not feeling nauseous. I've got my early scan today so got my fx that all is ok still.
