Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

Not everyone will find this useful but this day by day miscarriage risk is something that really helped a friend of mine with her early pregnancy anxiety datayze.com/miscarriage-chart.php

If you’re not a stats person and don’t like this kinda thing, please don’t click!

UndercoverLauren · 10/07/2018 11:42

Thanks for the info on smear tests, I hate them so that's one less thing to worry about.

@MakeLemonade I've been using that too, it helps put my mind at rest.

MamaSarai · 10/07/2018 11:54

So sorry for your losses @Kintan and @Bluebeee Flowers

Let us know how you get on @Babybeany

Been absent again for a few days, just really struggling with the lack of symptoms. It's genuinely making me think I've had an MMC at some point and we won't find out until the scan which is Monday.

Keep trying to hold on to the fact that we saw a heartbeat at 6 weeks so that's a good sign. This is my first baby and first pregnancy so I have absolutely nothing to compare it to. I know the NHS couldn't afford to scan expecting mothers every couple of weeks but it would sure help with the anxiety Confused

Babybeany · 10/07/2018 12:10

Thanks @MakeLemonade That has really helped my state of mind. X

FrowningFlamingo · 10/07/2018 13:36

That's a coincidence @smellsofelderberries !
Have you been away long? It's changed SO much.
I was actually right between woolwich, Plumstead and abbey wood, where they meet. Really enjoyed living there but I've moved much more rurally now - it's very different!

Baby160P · 10/07/2018 15:02

Thanks @Celebelly

I am due on 25th February 2019

Will try and have a catch up if this thread!

Babybeany · 10/07/2018 17:28

My beautiful mother has offered to pay for an early scan to put my mind at rest. I don’t think I could’ve waited 5 more weeks until our first nhs scan! A week tomorrow we will hopefully see our little bundle of love with a heartbeat pumping away. Thanks for all the support so far ladies 💖 x

clairehr · 10/07/2018 17:54

Booking appointment done, thought it would be more inept than it was. I've had high blood pressure (exacerbated white coat syndrome) since I was about 21 so will be consultant led, but other than that all is good 😊

hayley013 · 10/07/2018 17:58

Urgh I feel terrible. Small bowl of Chili and rice for dinner and I feel like I've ate 8 courses, so so full. Just having a moan 😂

powkin · 10/07/2018 18:00

I’ve been getting really muddled. Put the laundry liquid in the wrong bit of the washing machine and have gotten even more clumsy and forgetful. Feel like I’m making lots of silly mistakes and errors and wondering/worrying what I’m not noticing!

AliceRR · 10/07/2018 18:03

MakeLemonade

Thank you for the link. That looks like a useful calculator.

I am also worried about MMC though although I have no real reason to think anything is wrong 🙄

twiglet · 10/07/2018 18:05

@babybeany glad that you have found a way to put your mind at rest 🙂

Leonora94 · 10/07/2018 18:38

@MakeLemonade Thanks for the link really nice to see it go down.

Sorry if TMI but has anyone else been getting lots of EWCM I’m 7+3 and there’s a lot 😖

hayley013 · 10/07/2018 18:43

@Leonora94 I had to google that abbreviation haha but yes!! I'm 8+6 and had it a lot for couple weeks now, not to point of needing to wear something but when I wipe x

Leonora94 · 10/07/2018 18:48

Oh good not just me then, yeah it’s just when I wipe too. Thought it only happened when you ovulated so confused me slightly but then again everything my bodies doing right now is a bit of a head fuck! 😂

Yakadee · 10/07/2018 18:52

Ewcm was actually one of my first signs this pregnancy x

booxox · 10/07/2018 19:18

Hello ladies, has anyone else experience pain in their lower back. I've had it on and off today and not really sure what to think. I googled it and it was all doom and gloom xx

Alicejj8x · 10/07/2018 19:19

@Leonora94
Yes I have had this too
I'm
About 7 weeks and when I wipe/ look down the loo
I can see the ewcm in the toilet. It's very normal it says :)

Lookingforadvice123 · 10/07/2018 19:24

Had my early scan today, all good so far Smile measuring 6+5, I'm 7 weeks exactly today so she said at this stage that's exactly what they'd expect (they allow half a week either side so 6 and a half or 7 and a half weeks). Heartbeat was exactly what she would expect to see at this stage too. Obviously still fairly early days but it feels like a big milestone and it's reassuring. Worth the £75 for sure!

thismeansnothing · 10/07/2018 19:27

@Hayley013 I hear ya. I'm struggling with food so just trying to eat little and often. Except after a couple of mouth fulls and i feel so full. So demoralising cos I actually really wanted my tea today too.

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 10/07/2018 19:36

@babybeany

I’ve had three MMCs, two were last year... I didn’t lose any symptoms with them, as far as I know your body still thinks you are pregnant.. I still had morning sickness on the day of the OPs, and was getting positive tests afterwards too. A loss of symptoms wouldn’t make me worry about MMC personally.

Baby160P · 10/07/2018 19:39

@hayley013 i'm the same. Although can have breakfast and lunch and maybe snack a bit but then can't face eating from 5pm.

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 10/07/2018 19:40

I’ve had a weird day.. went for a wee at work around midday, wiped and there was a fair amount of red with clots. I freaked a bit... rang EPU they told me to come straight down, scanned me and everything appears fine, no reason seen for the bleed... but it’s still happening 🤷🏻‍♀️ Measuring 8+3 on today’s scan.

I was back at work within the hour though, I bloody love our NHS 👌

preggoagainwithnumber3 · 10/07/2018 19:44

ronniemipperton · 10/07/2018 19:49

@NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking yikes. Great news that the scan was positive but how worrying for you. Hope it stops soon.
