New thread for those ladies due in February 2019. As there is so many of us though we could do with a roll call. If I start hopefully the next can cut and paste and we can have a list of everyone!

Babybeany · 21/06/2018 13:08

Oh my goodness @twiglet ! How would twins make you feel?! I bet your scan seems like an eternity away!! 💖

elocwildflowerxx · 21/06/2018 13:24

all went well ladies, i guessed almost spot on bar one day so i'm 6+6 not 7 weeks today, due date of the 8th feb! it was so worth the £45 for the reality of it and the reassurance, the heart was seen beating too!❤️

hope everyone is feeling okay today, the nausea has been bad again but i think a lot of it was nerves in the lead up to the scan today!

Babybeany · 21/06/2018 13:26

Lovely news @elocwildflowerxx hopefully your nausea will subside now the nerves are less xx

Yellow100 · 21/06/2018 13:31

(On new thread!)

Had my 7 week scan today at clinic (am 6+3 today). Was so nervous beforehand but it all went fine so am mighty relieved - for now! Everything in right place, little heart beat but it's an early scan. Got another scan in 2 weeks for my peace of mind. Just wanted to say thank you for the support and I'm wishing everyone a happy and healthy pregnancy! It's lovely to have this forum for support x

hayley013 · 21/06/2018 13:38

Fab news on the scans today ladies! It's crazy looking at your scans bunking I have one too 😂 so pleased for you and really glad I joined this thread to share everyone's experience xx

twiglet · 21/06/2018 13:40

@babybeany the thought of twins is more than a bit daunting! Midwife says that it could be a possibility due to irregular periods and therefore I could have multiple releases that with the strong symptoms but flip side I could just be further along then thought with singular! It's going to be a long 4 week wait for the scan. It's a long drive for us to get a early private one.

Egbeds · 21/06/2018 13:42

Really pleased for you both and your good scans!! You must be feeling so much more relaxed... I'm hoping one day we all start enjoying these pregnancies instead of being so freaked out all the time!

I'm at work feeling gassy and nauseous and wishing the clock wasn't moving so slowly....

hayleyfx · 21/06/2018 13:55

Massive congrats to everyone with scans today! It’s just the best feeling seeing that little heartbeat ❤️ You’ve all made me want another scan... going to try and talk my OH into getting another one in a couple weeks. I hope he’s on board haha!

Yellow100 · 21/06/2018 13:56

@Alicejj8x thank you Smile all the best for Weds! I'm feeling ok. Only really get nausea when I've an empty stomach so a good excuse to eat constantly. Feeling alright during the day but get tired by 8pm. First pregnancy so all new to me. Turn 37 in two weeks!

Yellow100 · 21/06/2018 14:00

thanks everyone! Definitely reassuring getting them scans! x

seafoodeatit · 21/06/2018 14:01

@yellow I'm glad to hear your scan went well :)

@Emoji hello to another fellow small age-gapper :)

clairehr · 21/06/2018 14:04

Love hearing about these scans, congrats ladies!

Im desperate to get to mine - 12 days. Waiting on booking appointment too, feels like everything is dragging, I'm not good with waiting 😂

emoji · 21/06/2018 14:04

Hooray due date buddy @BabybeanyGrin I'm just tired at the moment. The good thing is with DD still being a baby she has a long 2-2.5hr nap at lunch so I try to sleep when she does. I've got a feeling I'm pregnant with a boy as when I was pg with my son I wasn't sick till about 11 weeks in but with DD I was vomiting as soon as I got my BFP. What about you? Any preg symptoms?

Excellent news @elocwildflowerxx it's so reassuring isn't it!

emoji · 21/06/2018 14:05

Oooo @seafoodeatit what will the age gap be with your DC?

Alicejj8x · 21/06/2018 14:09

@Yellow100 thank you.

Ahhh I see yes just eat and eat lol!! Xxx

seafoodeatit · 21/06/2018 14:10

@emoji it'll be 17 months but there are 12 months between dC2 and DC3. I feel crazy just writing it down!

emoji · 21/06/2018 14:18

Wow @seafoodeatit Shock!!! You're actually my new hero. I'll have to take notes from you! X

Babybeany · 21/06/2018 14:30

@emoji I was exhausted 4 days ago and had lots of cramping. It has subsided now though. Not nauseous either which I guess is good, I just wish I had more symptoms so I felt more pregnant! I have sore nips and heavy boobs, but I wouldn’t say they ache or anything. It’s making me a little nervous as we had a missed miscarried after about 6 weeks last August and didn’t find out until 10 weeks. X

KimRobs87 · 21/06/2018 14:52

Just been for my first midwife appointment and my 12 week scan is booked for 23/07! X Can't wait! Xx

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 21/06/2018 15:03

@Twiglet

Just curious, what made the midwife say it could be twins? I didn’t think there were any symptoms as such that pointed towards a multiple pregnancy..?

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 21/06/2018 15:25

I’m quite paranoid about having twins... when I’m not ultra paranoid about losing this pregnancy, I’m nervous of it being multiple instead (I know, I know... 🙄).

Mainly because I am older, so statistically more likely and also because with my first successful pregnancy I had vanishing twin syndrome, so this also puts my odds as higher.
A higher level of HCG is a marker, but I’ve not had any appointments yet.. I did get a strong BFP nine days after ovulation, and I think I look huge already.. (bloating I know..)

I am actually driving myself crazy!

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 21/06/2018 15:31

All that said... I’ve just been to the loo, spotting is a bit heavier and red now. Horrible feeling I’m going to be signing out of this thread soon ☹️

emoji · 21/06/2018 15:34

Oh no @NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking I'm sorry to hear this. In both my pregnancies I got a bright red bleed at around 7 weeks which freaked me out.

Can you get an emergency appointment at your nearest EPU to see what's going on?

Babybeany · 21/06/2018 15:35

How old are you @NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking if you don’t mind me asking? I’m 35 and praying I haven’t left it too late. Although if I’m honest with myself, I haven’t been with anyone that I wanted to start a family with until now. Fx that this spotting you are getting means nothing to worry about xx
