New thread for those ladies due in February 2019. As there is so many of us though we could do with a roll call. If I start hopefully the next can cut and paste and we can have a list of everyone!

Congrats @seafoodeatit! What a relief for you. X

Seafoodeatit · 01/07/2018 18:04

Thanks guys, I'm still worried about whatever that thing causing the bleed is though, she said sometimes the baby can detach with it so I'm feeling very apprehensive to say the least, she said I will probably have more spotting.

ronniemipperton · 01/07/2018 18:08

Keeping everything crossed for you @seafoodeatit. Hope you’re being well looked after.

Alicejj8x · 01/07/2018 18:11

Hi all! Just joining this thread too.

I'm 30 and expecting our first baby together. EDD 4th Feb by midwife's estimate (1st Feb by my guess). Scan is on 18th July... Just been feeling awfully bloated, and like my stomach is a washing machine all the time Confused. I'm hoping it'll get better after 12 weeks!

LookingAtTheStars89 · 01/07/2018 19:06

Has anyone been suffering from dryness/soreness down there? Blush

Babybeany · 01/07/2018 19:10

@LookingAtTgeStars89 I’m not sore or dry, however I know that thrush is really common while pregnant. Might it be early signs of that? If yes get your gp to prescribe you some cream. You can buy it but it is expensive and you can get your scripts for free when pregnant. If you don’t have your maternity exemption card yet you can still claim back on any prescription you have to pay for x

Babybeany · 01/07/2018 19:12

Welcome @karyyy x

DryIce · 01/07/2018 19:14

Hi guys! I'd like to join - I've been lurking on the thread for a while, but had an early scan today and all is looking promising. I'm 33 and due 17 February.

This will be my second, although my son is only 10 months so I still kind of feel like a newbie! This time last year I was also pregnant. My Mumsnet group from last year has been great, so looking forward to getting to know you.

Yakadee · 01/07/2018 19:14

@karyyy - we're due date buddies! Congratulations. My scan isn't until 23/07 though x

LookingAtTheStars89 · 01/07/2018 19:18

@Babybeany. I might give it a few days first as I've had thrush before and I'm not convinced that it feels like that. I don't really have any itching or anything.

Babybeany · 01/07/2018 19:26

Welcome DryIce xx

karyyy · 01/07/2018 19:30

@yakadee Oo that’s exciting! Congratulations to you too! I feel like it will be so much more real after the scan! X

Leonora94 · 01/07/2018 19:56

Koalatom1 Yeah the last two days I’ve had on and off dull headaches really starting to bring my mood down!

MrsY87 · 01/07/2018 20:02

Hi Dryice! My son is 10m this week so another with a small age gap. although this will all being well be our 3rd & 4th as one thing we didn't bargain for is that my early scan showed twins but it's still early days.

I also had a great mumsnet group from my son...are we on the same one?!

MrsY87 · 01/07/2018 20:03

@LookingAtTheStars89 I was going to ask a very similar question...I'm wondering if it's just getting irritated from wiping so much given I have to pee a million times a day!? It's not itchy just a bit sore.

Fredthespider · 01/07/2018 20:04

@Alicejj8x my boobs are really sore too! I ended up buying a sleep bra to wear in bed so they don't hurt so much, it arrived today and I can't wait to get a good nights sleep where they don't wake me up.

@seafoodeatit so glad the scan went well, fingers crossed the spotting stops soon.

Alicejj8x · 01/07/2018 20:07

@Fredthespider
Ahh hopefully that can help you :)
Mine are too sore I can't wear a bra there just feeing heavier and bruised for sure and notice they are there lol

Also getting headaches abit too

Fredthespider · 01/07/2018 20:08

@yakadee and @karyyy I'll join you on the 4th Feb bus, I think @KimRobs27 is on it too (although she's not posted for a while)

Sugarmonkey · 01/07/2018 20:09

Sleeping bra sounds like something I need. My boobs are super soar. Was it expensive?

DryIce · 01/07/2018 20:12

Oh wow @MrsY87, that is bold! Twins, so exciting! How are you feeling ?

My son's almost 11 months, I was in the August group - so might be a month out?

MrsY87 · 01/07/2018 20:18

@DryIce yes a month out as I'm in the sept 17 group! Feeling exhausted & nauseous but nothing unmanageable! It was quite a shock but now I've got my head around it I'm really excited, I'll be really devastated if there is only one when we have our 12w scan so keeping everything crossed they are both growing as they should! How are you feeling about the small gap?

DryIce · 01/07/2018 20:21

That sounds like a great attitude! I am a little daunted by it, and expecting next year to be a bit of a write off, but hopefully things will improve from there. I think we'll only have two, so I was kind of of the opinion we should get it all over with at once!

Fredthespider · 01/07/2018 20:29

@Sugarmonkey - it was £12.99 on amazon www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B073WCMKC2?tag=mumsnetforum-21 It has good reviews, I did look for one in mothercare but they didn't have my size in stock, but I'd decided that was the style I wanted.

Yakadee · 01/07/2018 20:30

@Fredthespider - it is Kim - I decided to change my name 😊

When is your scan? X
