Hi can't see a thread so thought I'd start one.

Age 39
Ttc#1
Mc x 2 both at 5 weeks
4weeks and 2 days pregnant and praying its sticky!

Anyone else?

I had cramps a couple of days ago but the only lasted the day, went to the doctors about bleeding and they said if it doesn't get any worse it should be ok :) just got to wait till MW appointment and see if I get any more symptoms

Hi all, can I join?
I’m only 4 weeks today (due 31st December)- bit of a surprise and slightly bad timing since I’m just graduating with no job lined up but we’re excited nonetheless!
I have a DS aged 3 and I’m hoping I’m not as ill this time...

@Mountaindreamer I had quiet bad cramps between weeks 4 & 5 and still getting a little cramping now I'm 5+5 - I think its quiet normal also some backache - I have a scan on Wednesday so will find out then.
Same as @Stephisaur assume no blood is good sign xx

@Mamababynumber2 - it's a fair amount, so much that I can (sorry TMI) feel it leaking out a few times a day. Also has a white/yellow/clear hue sometimes.

I had a lot of cramping in my first pregnancy. Try not to worry. It’s almost certainly just everything stretching and is really normal. I’m not having any at all this time which ironically is also worrying me as I’m thinking maybe it’s a sign there’s nothing growing there. It could be because I’ve already stretched out in my last pregnancy I guess. I’m having awful morning sickness so I guess that’s reassuring (in a way!)

Isn't it funny how we all worry about our babies before they even arrive on earth!! If only it was easy to relax and enjoy this time?!

@Buenavista 😂🤣 at least you didn't go through a red light!!! My girls at work guessed a week before I told them cos I could think straight!! Haha when I did tell them they were all like "I knew it!!"

Hi all,

Found out over the weekend that me & hubby are expecting baby no1, due 31st December. We had been trying since we got married December just gone.

I feel very underwhelmed is this normal? I feel awful and hubby keeps asking if it's definitely what I want. I think it's because it doesn't seem real yet.

Bleeding has increased a bit more tonight so not looking good for tomorrow. About 18 hours left to wait for confirmation!

No, my dd is currently asleep in bed and I sort of feel that going to A&E won't change anything. Thanks for the support, it's so nice to have people to talk to!

@blalalala I hope your scan goes ok today, my fingers are crossed for you! I have on and off spotting and sometimes it’s really bad and the next minute it’s stopped. I have a scan Thursday! Hopefully it’s good news for you xx

@emmalou9 don't worry about feeling underwhelmed, everyone's different! Both last time and this time my response has kind of been ' Oh right, OK' - no excitement at all. My mum was much more excited than me! I'm sure when it's nearer the time and seems more real I'll be excited. Smile
