@balalala is it red rather than brown, is it only when you wipe? How many weeks are you? Xx

@cakeleur I did the same thing but congrats it looks like you have a nice string pregnancy. Fx for your scan xx

Congratulations @Cakelaur ! That's a very exciting moment. What dpo are you now? I feel like I'm shadowing you 🤣

Also, this morning I woke up with abs muscle ache like I've been doing crunches in my sleep. Now, I confess the last time I had genuine exercise related aches was some time ago but I'm positive that this is not womby cramps but abdominal muscle ache and I certainly have not been to the gym. Had a look online and some other people seem to experience this... anyone else on here?

Cakelaur · 21/04/2018 08:23

@GoldilocksTheGraceless I'm now 26dpo!! Seems like it's dragging!! Haha! I'm now gonna try and relax for my scan. And think happy thoughts. I'm 5+4.

How's everyone else getting on?

Rachie1986 · 21/04/2018 08:31

balalala thinking of you. I think you're about 7 weeks as your due date is near me iirc.
I'd probably call out of hours and ask for advice. If you've not got cramps though it might not be anything bad. Crossing everything for you xx

MrsTeaPlease · 21/04/2018 08:31

Oh balala hope it's just a single bleed for you. Try and get a scan to put your mind at rest and like someone else said go to a&e if you feel you need too. Fingers crossed it's just a little bleed and nothing else.

emma that's such a lovely scan. It's so lovely to see someone's scan pic on here too!

I felt quite nauseous and hungry but not hungry yesterday! I did take another test yesterday though as compared to my son I feel so much better than I did with him, not as tired no crazy sense of smell, not throwing up. Wonder if it means a different gender or just because my body can cope with it better this time?!

Have a nice weekend everyone. Look forward to seeing more scan pics if anyone has them!

My 'morning sickness' seems to rear it's head late afternoon and carry on all night. I'm feeling rather miserable atm. Can't eat as I have no appetite and when I do eat I'm sick. Vomited 4 times last night before bed. Only had nausea previous pregnancies so this is a new one for me..

G. 7+2

December2018 · 21/04/2018 09:44

balalala I hope your ok doll, keeping my fingers & toads crossed for you, yeah I would deffo go to a&e just to put your mind at ease xxx

The only symptoms I have really is sore boobies 😊... ohh and piddling every 2 mins and a bit of insomnia at night... only feel a little nauseous in the morning but it eases after about 15 mins xxx

Rab215 · 21/04/2018 09:46

Hi
I’d like to join please, I’m 26 and this is my first pregnancy so all a bit scary. I’m 5 weeks today, EDD 22nd December
Lots of bloating and feeling nauseous and emotional. Going on holiday today and was asked to go in the full body scanner at airport security and I suddenly worried it would harm the baby so started crying and they had to take me for a private search instead (although they do say the scanner is safe!) all rather embarrassing!! Blush

DoAsDreamersDo · 21/04/2018 09:51

Hope everything is ok balalala

My boobs are no longer killing me to the touch, which is a nice thing (but not helping my anxiety).

balalalala · 21/04/2018 10:04

Thanks all, I'm 7+5. Just sat at out of hours now waiting to see the doctor. It was red blood rather than brown and it has eased off mostly. Fingers crossed they refer me for a scan so at least I know either way!

Pampl3m0usse · 21/04/2018 10:10

glad you got to out of hours balalala fingers crossed they give you a scan so you can put your mind at rest xx

Yukka · 21/04/2018 10:44

Thinking of you @balalala hopefully good sign if it's eased xx

@Gemsie1984 my "morning" sickness is the same always kicks in around 12/1ish and goes all night, gaviscon is helping though, and the pharmacist gave me it free when I mentioned it being morning sickness related.

I had an odd day yesterday where I felt more or less "normal" then puked up my coffee this morning so guess I was just settling yesterday!

Anyone else still not quite believe they are pregnant yet? This is baby 4 and I always feel like a total fraud until I see a tiny pip on the ultrasound!

Gemsie1984 · 21/04/2018 11:42

Thanks @JustCallMeTheOven, nice to know I'm not alone, though not nice for you, obviously.. the one thing I can still tolerate is tea (decaf now).. so that's a godsend, think the sugar helps. I'm also tolerating grapes but that's about it. I've lost 6lbs so far but not overly concerned as I had plenty of padding when I fell pregnant and I know baby will just use my reserves anyway. Just trying to keep fluids up and graze when the nausea seems to die down.. just want the pregnancy glow to kick in and the hormonal stuff to do one! Hmm

balalalala · 21/04/2018 12:34

They've booked me for a scan on Tuesday afternoon so will need to wait until then for confirmation. It seems to have stopped for now so hoping beyond all hope that it's not over.

applesauce1 · 21/04/2018 12:50

@balalalala fingers crossed for Thursday. Have you got a test that you could compare to an old test? Sorry they couldn't get you in sooner. Seems so long to keep you waiting so long after the weekend.

Rachie1986 · 21/04/2018 12:54

Hoping with you balalala, hope that time til Tuesday passes quick and you can manage not to worry too much xx

applesauce1 · 21/04/2018 13:08

Gods sake, just realised you said Tuesday, not Thursday. My brain is broken.

applesauce1 · 21/04/2018 13:11

@Cakelaur I did my last test from my stock today. Got the same result as you. Feels so reassuring. Due to my total lack of symptoms (other than slightly tender nips and tiredness), it doesn't feel real and I need reassurance.

balalalala · 21/04/2018 13:15

Thanks, but scared to try an old test in case it reassures me when there's actually still a problem! Now just to work out whether to tell my boss or not as I'm going to have to cancel a few things on Tuesday!

MagicalCreatures · 21/04/2018 13:49

@December2018 I’ve got exactly the same symptoms as you. Nothing else though.

@balalalala keeping my fingers crossed for you and thinking of you.

@Rab215 haha. bless your heart. Is that your first hormonal meltdown. Plenty more to come though I’m sure. I’m waiting for my first to hit me. Then I have an excuse to moan and the DH and not feel guilty 😂

orangekitkat13 · 21/04/2018 15:42

Hi ladies,

Can I join please?

I'm 31 and just got my BFP for #1 after 3months TTC. Due 26 Dec I think, not been to the doctors yet as I'm only 4 weeks. Phoning Monday.

I have super soar boobs, back pain and a bit of nausea so far. Also have had some lower abdomen cramps, is that normal? Sorry first one so I'm paranoid!

December2018 · 21/04/2018 16:19

Hi orangekitkat... mmmm! Really fancy one now 😜
Congrats on your bfp it's my 1st too it's so scary isn't it!!
Yeah cramps are normal I've had them on & off, it's just your little beans home making room xxx

Cakelaur · 21/04/2018 17:15

@applesauce1 yay!! It feels good just to watch it progress. I'm officially done poas. How bout you?

orangekitkat13 · 21/04/2018 17:37

@December2018 haha!!

Congratulations on your BFP too. I'm flirting between terrified and over excited!

Thanks for that, makes me feel better!
