Hi can't see a thread so thought I'd start one.

Age 39
Ttc#1
Mc x 2 both at 5 weeks
4weeks and 2 days pregnant and praying its sticky!

Anyone else?

Thanks everyone I'm beaming ear to ear today :) I'm 6w5d now, waiting fur contact from midwife for booking appointment in next few weeks.

@yellowmellw my symptoms are really mild too.

@snowflake try not to worry about your weight anything you gain is for baby and you will soon lose it afterwards I'm sure xx

Despite some of us not feeling great I'm so glad we're all still here on this board talking about scans and sickness. Fx it stays that way.

Simon's mentioned about moving the board, in the op on this where might we move it too I wasn't sure?

I had a scan today and could see the little bean and a lovely heartbeat. They want to do a reassurance scan in 3 weeks when I will be 11 weeks, and I got my maternity folder today and some freebies. So happy and relieved

Thinking of going to EPU tomorrow as been having ongoing pelvic cramping and backache - it's woken me up a few times.. my question is I'll be 7+1 tomorrow - if the baby is in the right place (I'm paranoid it's ectopic due to the pelvic pain) will I likely see a heartbeat?

Hi Gemsie, at 7 weeks you should I think, it tends to happen before or around 6 weeks. I just had a scan at 7+4 yesterday, it looked like a prawn but had a heartbeat.
Also, I have a lot of mild cramping too but am told this is things stretching out again and making way.
Def have the scan if you can, if there isn't a heartbeat, they may date you a little earlier than you think and tell you to come back in a week or two. Good luck xx

Hi everyone can I tentively join please? Currently pregnant with my first at approx. 8 weeks, although I had an early mc last year and a mmc in Nov which resulted in an ERPC - so very nervous. I am also on the Nov board, but think baby could be due end of the month so not sure whether I would be better on this board.

Fingers crossed for healthy preg for us all xx

@jmfw34 Thank you for the reassurance. I'm exact on my dates, OV on CD 18 and DTD on the same day, only once that month. Got my BFP on 8dpo so I implanted early too. I keep telling myself it's normal stretchy pains but there's just a niggle in the back of my head that thinks otherwise and I have two other children so last thing I would want is a ruptured tube and the emergency side of things..

Hi all, just joining from the other thread in antenatal groups! This will be dc2 for me due on the 4th December. I had a scan to look at a cyst last week and luckily they were able to see the blob and it's heartbeat! Booking in next week then hoping to get a private scan the following week.

Hi ladies I hope you don’t mind me joining! 7 weeks today, had a scan 6w 4days and heard a heartbeat 143bpm but only measured 4.85mm. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I had a scan yesterday as I had been having some spotting, by dates of my LMP I thought I was 6+2, however scan showed 5+5 but amazingly there was a heartbeat and measured 4.20mm, so similar discrepancy to yours.
The sonographer did say that it wasn't an accurate dating scan when its so tiny.

@Yukka There's an ante-natal groups section, that's where these threads usually hang out. This looks to be the busier of the two Dec 18 threads though so would make sense it's moved across, but continued, and the other one stopped and those on there could move on to this one? Tagging @tefiti2 too. Unless mumsnet can do some wizardry and merge somehow!

Oh and today (6+1) is the first day I've not felt sick in a couple of weeks. Downside, I've got laryngitis and a poorly 2 year old!!

Had my scan today and my new edd is 13/12/2018. We heard baby's heartbeat and measured normal. Fingers crossed it all works out xx
