Love the bump photos. I also seem to be quite round suddenly but it's all bloat as there's no obvious uterus when I lie down like there was with my bump last time. Think I'm going to have to get into maternity jeans sooner rather than later. I was in normal ones to 19 weeks last time. Def not happening again!

Had a crazy dream I was having triplets!!! There is no chance of that happening
Off all week, loads to do. Then DH rings to say he'a in A&E with a crushed finger and possible nerve damage! He's on his way home now, will have to supply lots of sympathy and take on the washing up duty for a while

Loving the bump pictures - I am definitely just getting fatter, no bump in sight!! I am either 8 weeks or ten weeks....had an early scan that would date me now as 10+2, however the midwife last week dated me as 8 weeks, so I have no idea!!

Oh and also tipped my sample down the toilet!

Had my booking in appt yesterday. All went well, the midwife seemed friendly and relaxed, if a bit scatty

She didn't weigh me, just asked my height, weight and BMI. Luckily it's 34 just on the cusp but she didn't seem at all bothered by my weight!
I too had the stage fright for peeing, even though I was desperate!

Consultant discharged me hoorah!

No problems about group. People can join when ready and feeling comfortable to do so xx

Just got fish and chips after all this chat of it yesterday! Delicious. But now soooo full.

My exemption card came today so that's good, after wondering yesterday when I'd get it!

Got my results from the doctors yesterday. All is well!! 😆. Still doesn't explain why there was blood in my urine...

Thinking about it, I would have been due on that day? Who knows. Just glad everything is ok

I've not managed to get on here for a bit, there's so many posts to catch up on!

I got my scan date through for the 1st Dec and an appointment with the obstetrician on the 14th, oh and my prescription exemption card came so its all go here!

Oh and where I'm from jam on cold Yorkshires and butter on digestives is definitely a thing as are chip buttys

I still haven't made the connection in my brain that at the end of this we will have a baby! Obviously, I know that is what happens . I just can't quite believe it!!

I still can't quite believe it either, I'm assuming it will all feel much more real once I've had a scan.

hi, I've been trying to join in this thread since the beginning but my phone wouldn't sign me up- finally done it :) due baby 3 (complete surprise after struggles with the other 2) on 11th June so I'm 10+2. had a scan at 7 weeks because of a bleed and then we had a private scan last week at 9+1 (although they have me measuring ahead) had my booking in with midwife, made a birth plan because of an unplanned home birth. erm what else oh yea nausea...from lunchtime onwards and I'm struggling to drink and 12 week scan is 29th nov. so nice to finally be able to join in :)

I honestly think I'm going to give myself a nervy breakdown trying to find a dress for my work Xmas party. They are all too tight/fitted for my bloated belly, or too low cut and skimpy. Or cost a fortune! Would be so much easier if I had a proper bump for a nice maternity dress. I've honestly spent hours looking online and can't find anything I like within my budget. It's really stressing me out.

No idea on dresses tbh, like you say everything is fitted! What about something cut under bust instead presuming your preg will be common knowledge by then?

Hi all, can't believe my proper NHS scan is tomorrow, finally will feel like a Normal pregnant woman and not some mad lady going for private early scans virtually every week all at different clinics so they don't think I'm obsessive!!!!

Last scan was a week ago, hoping all is still ok in there, can't wait to have it official now!!!
