I can't keep up with these threads, I lose track of who's who & what discussions go on!

Visiting my parents at the moment, currently 6wks and I was thinking it would be easy to keep it from them as, apart from tiredness no sickness. I've still managed to keep it for now, however when I said I didn't like Brie anymore, didn't want pate or baileys, it was questioned, it must be a mothers instinct :) I called last week (wk5) to make an appointment with a midwife and she scheduled it for Dec 21 (10+2), from what I've read, at the first meeting it's just paperwork?so I'm not sure I'll be any the wiser before I see them again at Christmas.

Sun- I had mine last Friday and it's all paperwork, you can ask questions and tell them your worries. It was really helpful for me. They were lovely, I had my little list of questions ready too!

Sorry to read about the nerves and difficult moments some of you are having. This is such a stressful time - first trimester is exciting but it mostly sucks!

Hello, just checking in as I've not been on for a week or so. Currently feeling wiped out from a cough, cold and now a stomach upset to add to the mix. Oh joy! Yesterday I virtually just slept all day but appreciate I'm lucky to be able to do that and not have to cope going out to work.

Is feeling ok one second then headache and nearly projectile vomiting the next morning sickness? Because I think it may have started. 6+3 here.

I didn't get a headache but thought I was gonna burp and was sick, had to run to the sink. I'm 6+2 and that was the first time I was sick so yeah I'd say your fun is just beginning!!

I'm 6+4 actually! I read my calendar wrong!

Are you working off LMP, purplebella? I've got the same EDD as you, but I'm 6+6 (based on LMP of 12/10/16). Something's not right there!

Sounds horrible Drew and Purple. I'm 7 weeks today still no actual sickness and only very sporadic nausea, rather than thinking it's a sign of something wrong I've decided to dare to hope I've just escaped this particular symptom.
Knowing my luck it will hit on Christmas even or something

I don't really 'know' everyone yet but miami hope you're holding up and mrsbob I really hope the results were due to it being too early. Hope it all goes well.

Still no sickness ! I know it's abit early but still ... really gaseous though , like a proper fart machine (sorry tmi ) anyone else the same ?!

Bahahaha Amillion your post really makes me laugh. Yes, I know exactly what you mean - I've never been a particularly gassy person but dear god the last four weeks have been bloaty gas central. DH is so lucky.

How far along are you?

Hi ladies. It was bad news for us at the scan today. No growth past 6+2 and no hb. Should be 8 today. I have been preparing myself for it since Saturday but still it is just awful to have all your worst fears realised. So I'm afraid that is it for us for now. Thanks for all the kind wishes and thoughts. Best of luck to you all and happy and healthy pregnancies. Xx

can i join please? got my bfp Sunday, EDD 29th July. I'm 5+3 today

This is DC2 potentially (fingers crossed!) my DD is 18 months.

Also got a stepson who is 14 years and lives with me and DH.

Felt sick since sunday which i had with my previous pregnancy. Also feel REALLY full even when i lie on my front if that makes sense? Have done a self referral to the midwife so waiting on their call.

may possibly get a private scan as im quite a prolific 'life nd soul' Just bought £300 of wine from France lol. SO would be nice to be abe to announce it before Christmas.

Current cravings are roast chicken and sushi- current turn offs are everything else lol
